South Texas American Auto inflated the financing cost for my vehicle $1,500 behind my back and refuse to fix the problem. I paid $3,500 down on a vehicle costing $12,928.33. I was financing from ********************** a total of $9,428.33 as per our agreement and the Buyers Agreement which we have in writing, and I have bank receipts to prove. After I leave I think all is great, until I view my financing documents which took time to obtain from the financing company (Credit Acceptance). The information reflected in my financing account shows that I am financing $13,669.73. This is not what I agreed to and it is not depicted on my buyer order contact. I realize the amount is incorrect, because the contract with **********************oration claims I only paid $2,000 as a down payment. I actually paid $3,500! So the amount I am financing is actually $1,500 more for me than it should be as I paid $3,500 not $2,000. I adrees this with the car dealer and I've only been hung up on. THis was a clear fraud, because why not just fix it! I contat credit acceptance corp and they told me they basically do not care, the amount is the amount, they will not fix or change anything. Even as I have proof and a contract. They basically are fine with this company stealing my money and making me pay twice with interest! This was done behind my back and I'm forced to pay extra? Why is this acceptable and why does no one want to fix it?
