    The point of this complaint is I've had an engine issue and then took my vehicle to the company/shop to get fixed. I did this with trust and believed they would be honest mechanics. The date of 12/12/2022 is when i took the my vehicle to the auto shop and paid $1,300 up front. Meanwhile i got approved for a servicing company "Easy Pay Finance" for the merchant "Santone Automotive" which i got approved for $500 I did not receive my vehicle back until 1/21/2023. With that being said it left me with an $800 balance that is due. Over All the total of this repair is $2603.36. Between days i would call to check on the status of my vehicle and they kept giving me different days every time i would call to see when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. Everytime i would call i always got, "it will be ready next week". When i finally was able to pick up the vehicle due to the service being done. i noticed my transmission was not switching gears. and every time i would change gears manually from drive, and reverse it will make a harsh JERK. I then called them to notify them the issues which they told me to bring it in for a diagnostic, which i did on the date of 1/31/2023 I then left the vehicle with hopes it would get fixed. I then called to check to see if they actually found out the issue and i was told it was a "NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH". Four days later they called me saying my vehicle was ready for pick up. which this balance of repair $113.66 I picked up my vehicle and drove it home and noticed the issue has not been resolved. I then called them once again stating nothing was fixed. He {***********************} then begin to yell & give me unrelatable stories about different individuals he's helped and the $30,000 debt he was in which had nothing to do with me or my vehicle. Still No JUSTICE has been made. I requested an detailed invoice on the last service that was rendered {Safety Switch} & was told by **************'m unable to receive the info. Be aware of this business.

    Im not very happy with the service!!! They are not very detail oriented. Dropped off for repairs at the beginning of June, did not get it back till the beginning of August. No communication, I would have to stop by the shop to get updates. When I did get it back wiring was done incorrectly which caused a major short and smoke filling the inside of the vehicle. Took it back. Just got it back today. 4 months and the wiring is still wrong. Im missing screws in the dash as well as large bolts. Missing the coolant overflow reservoir cap. One whole side of the stereo speakers does not work. I have a loud whine coming from the engine when I accelerate.This concerns me greatly as it should you! It makes me wonder what else they didnt pay attention to. Its very unprofessional to not be able to fix problems that you caused while doing repairs, it only took four months. They really should have had enough time to make sure it was in better condition than when I brought it in. Not even a sorry this happened or sorry it took so long. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs.
