Mr. Lawyer,
We already contacted the Police and notified them that you have broke your promise about contacting A & M. You have a no tresspasssing order on you.
You were charged with harassment and assault and you were told not to harass A & M, you have violated the order from the Police officer that
you promised not to contact us or harass us or bash us in any way. You continue the harassment so we choose not to do business you anymore.
This Individual was told not to bash us and make false accusations about A & M.
His car was left abandoned here for 2 years. He just finished making payment so he needs to stop with all this lying and nonsense.
At this time the police are involved and we will leave it at that.

I am rejecting this response because:
They need to give me a completion day in writing instead of telling my legal advisor a verbal conversation that my vehicle will be ready by July 4th and they lied about any charges filed against me and you all can call the police station and find out !I never abandoned my car and I have paid everything and my vehicle broke down the first time I got it and I had to Pay a $160 to have it towed back from ****** to *********** and I have been without my car for 2 months when it is paid in full!

Date I turned my car in 8/20/2024. Date I got my car back 8/28/2024Invoice for RO #**** $545.60(Cash payment) + $1498.20(loan from Koalafi) =$2043.80I recently came to A & M in March ******* to have my transmission rebuild estimate and to approve work to be done. I was informed that I would be able to use a finance service ******* to pay for my car in payments. So my first time experience started off well. It took a while for my car to be ready. They called me to let me know my car was ready. I went to pick up the car, I drove off and went right back to the shop. The same problem with the vehicle not shifting gears was still there. They said it could be a sensor causing the problem and will take a little bit more time. So i gave them a few more days. This time the car was ready and did not show any type of problems. My second time going to A & M for a wiring problem where my horn keeps going off while driving, and to get a new alarm system with key fob to be able to lock and unlock my car. I went to get the estimate cost on about 8/05/2024.The estimated cost was $2043.80,finance service Koalafi to break down payments for the $1498.20. Where I pay the remaining balance of $545.60 when my car is ready. I than had my car dropped off on 8/20/2024 to have these issues fixed. When i got my car back on 8/28/2024, and started it the same issue of my horn going off was still there. the picture shows after me recording the video the tech taking off my grill to cut the horn line to make it stop going off, so that was not fixed, I was giving back my back breaks those were not done,I was given 2 extra key fobs but they do not go to anything they never installed the alarm system, so now i have keys not fit for purpose or use. The wheel cover I was never given, so why am i being charged for these items. Just everything about this company is making me question what work was really done. The owner states in video "You people" when i asked questions about the work done.Business Response

**** brought his car in because he was having some electrical issues with it. He was informed that we had to start out with a wheel damper and a horn switch to see if it would fix the problem. Both items were from the dealership and were like a week to 10 days to receive them. **** was well aware we were waiting on the parts. As soon as the parts were installed, I called him to inform him about possibly the **** not working, which probably was the cause of the horn going out, he didn't want to hear me out of even give us the chance to further work on the vehicle. He has a major electrical issue with his vehicle, but he was adamant that he was taking his car, so we released his car to him.
**** provided the brake pads to get replaced, he was only charged for labor. Unfortunately the rear pads were not the right ones. We did call him and tell him if he would like us to get the correct ones put on but he refused.
As far as the cost of repairs, that is exactly what he was charged.

Regarding this complaint, once again as we stated, the vehicle has problems and needs a TIPM and many other things, but the individual was adamant to take his vehicle, so he can take it to any repair shop and pay to get it fixed. We don't break cars we fix them. What he was charged was exactly what he was quoted, there are other parts that he does need but he did not want to hear it. We will not be reimbursing anything, everything you see on the invoice is what was done to the vehicle.

The last email was sent to my spam mail, so i never got that an update was needed on my end. But from their response, this is all news to me about how now they have a list of parts that would fix my vehicle, and was never stated until after my car was picked up and made a complaint. My vehicle did not had any wiring problems until i had them rebuild the transmission after i took it there on March ******* but when the work was done, is when these issues first started. I was not adamant about taking my vehicle that day i went to the shop i was called stating my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up after 3 weeks. That was why i took an **** to the shop to get my car. When I asked what was done that is when the owner got very upset about me asking questions, when i was told to pay cash to pick up my car since their machine was down. Once they brought out the car it still had the same issue, the Mechanic even said that they just gave him the car that morning and did not get much done, but was told for 3 weeks they been working on the vehicle. So how am i being charged when the vehicle was not worked on until that morning when they said it was done , and i do not know what they actual worked on ?? My car alarm was never installed so the keys i have go to nothing but to open the door with the key and not the key fab. Also when i was on the phone with the BBB this company has 3 other complaints that are similar to my problem that i am having with them, as well as i have now checked their recent reviews, and customer are having the same problem stating the vehicle is ready and go to pick up vehicle to see it has the same issues as when the brought the vehicle in. We cant all have the similar complaints for no reason.

If you want your vehicle repaired, do not use this business. Our vehicle failed on the way home. They charge outrageous prices and offer a three year warranty and then refuse to repair the vehicle. I repeat, do not take your vehicle to this business!

Very expensive. Work was super sloppy and I had to take my car back so mechanics could fix transmission issues they missed the first time.

THE WORST service and customer service EVER! There is no ethics or integrity at this place of business, we were lied to, insulted and robbed by the time they were done with our vehicle. I will say there was a nice sincere mechanic who completely explained what exactly happened to our vehicle, which was not our doing but their negligence.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR A MONTH FOR IT TO JUST GET DIAGNOSED AND ANOTHER MONTH TO GET IT "FIXED"! OH AND THE BEST PART WHEN YOU GET IT BACK AND DRIVE IT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS IT'S STILL DOING THE SAME THING YOU TOOK IT IN FOR AND IT'LL BE YOUR FAULT CAUSE " THEY FIXED IT". HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!! DEFINITELY WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION! YOU DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!! JUST TRYING TO SAVE SOMEONE ELSE THE MONEY AND HEADACHE!

I am not going to go back and forth with you, you were so satisfied with our work the first time that you brought the vehicle back to **. You also stated you took it somewhere else that's when all the electrical issues started, thats why you brought it to us to get checked out. We told you all the parts were only available from the dealership and that it would take roughly 10 days to get it. You called everyday and were told the same thing that we were waiting on parts. Then when we got the parts in and installed them, you showed up to take your vehicle, when we tried to explain to you that you have another part that needs replacement, you didn't want to hear it. Once again we didn't brake your vehicle, we only fixed it. you have more issues on your vehicle that you can take anywhere to get fixed.
As far as the reviews you mentioned, none of those our A & M customers, you can see that we responded to those people who wrote reviews that never had work done here. By the way all the great reviews you did fail to mention.
Have a good day and take care of your vehicle. You want to blame everyone for your vehicle issues but if you take care of it you would not have so many problems with it.

I am rejecting this response because:When i bought my car in yes this was for the problem with the horn going off and A & M estimate that it could be the horn switch or wheel damper and that they were able to fix this issue. Never was i told that the parts would take about 10 plus days or more to come in, I was told to check each day to see if the part has come in that they would be there soon. When i did call in and A &M the lady said since we are waiting on the part to come in if there was anything else that we wanted to do while we wait. I did have brakes for the front and back. I had ****** those from ******, was verified by ****** that these brakes were correct fit for the front and rear brakes for my dodge. So i do not know why the shop said they are not correct size for the rear brakes and tried to charge more money for me to use their materials for brakes. I have attached my receipt from ****** showing it was verified that they were correct fit for my vehicle. We also had the estimated cost for a new alarm system with key fob to be able to lock and unlock my car with an alarm system. When i got the phone call that my car was ready to be picked up. I was told that the credit card machine was down and had to pay $545.60 in cash to be able to take my vehicle. I took an **** to the A & M location. When i got there I went inside and recorded a video of my experience at A&M and the owner of the company. To find out what was done on the car. After they brought my car to the front when i turned on my car the same issue happened, so why was i told my car was ready, but still has the same issues?? this is where she said it my be something else wrong, but at this point had me questioning what they were doing with my car, cause how are you going to say the car is ready and than the car still has the same issues?? I spoke with the mechanic about my car, and he stated that he did not have enough time for my vehicle that they just gave it to him today to work on it. So all the other days that they said my car was being worked on was a lie, and i do not trust that what they say was done. And why I was only given a key fob and why they never installed the car alarm system was they were never working on it but charging more money but not doing the work. So when I asked the owner on camera if you spent over $2000 to have your car fixed and having the same problem you would want to know what was done on the vehicle. This is where he rude racist comment come out stating "YOU PEOPLE, NEED TO LEARN HOW TO WORK ON YOUR OWN VEHICLE." After this was stated i no longer felt comfortable here and do not want to do business with the owner. This is when i felt like i need to report this company. When i reported this company over the phone and than in email. I was told that they have 3 other complaints about their business, very similar to my issue i am having.
