I had some transmission work done on my **** Jeep Wrangler on 02/15/2015 at AARCO Transmission and Auto Repair in ************, *****. The transmission work came with a Limited ******** Transmission Warranty from AARCO. I have the original Invoice/Receipt from AARCO and Certificate of Warranty; however when I called today 06/13/2022 about honoring their warranty, they told me that they are under new ownership and are now called AARCO Transmission & Auto repair LLC, so they do not honor the previous owners warranties. The new owners kept the same business name but added LLC, and the same phone number, and the same website aarco.shop, and on the website I copy and paste their claims of: Since ****, AARCO has been ***********'s transmission specialists. Our strength is Transmission Repair and our technicians can rebuild transmissions, transfer cases and differentials on site. Our transmission repair comes with a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY.They claim on their website of offering a ******** limited warranty, however when I spoke to them twice on the phone, they said the they don't honor nor do they give warranties on their work of transmissions. The new owners are using the same business name, same phone number and same website, but will not honor a warranty with their name, and phone number.Can they do that, and is that a common business practice?? To add an LLC to the same business name?I just feel like I'm not being treated unfairly as a customer of ******************, just because they added LLC to their name, while still using the same name, same phone number and website, which clearly says that they offer a limited lifetime warranty on their transmission work If a business can do that then I guess then I guess I'm holding onto a useless warranty.Please guide or instruct if there is anything else I can do,Thank you,*********************** ******************* **********
