I was in contact with Auto One Concepts after I noticed a leak in my sunroof that caused water damage in my car. The owner, *************, texted me with a day and time of January 27th at 10:00am to bring the car in for him to work on it. When I got there, the business was closed and Mr. **** stated he wasn't coming in till later. We worked out another ************* of January 29th to try to drop it off again. I dropped the car off at 11:00am. The understanding was they were going to do H20 Restoration and a shampoo of my carpets for $195. He informed me the car would be ready Tuesday, January 30th in the afternoon. I did not hear back from anyone all day on the 30th until I reached out at 4:30pm to see if my car was ready for pick up. He said the car had been ready even though no one reached out. Once I went to pick it up, I paid the $195 with little time to inspect as they closed at 5:00pm. On my way home, I noticed my passenger side rug was missing and my carpets had not been touched. I turned around to head back to the business. I asked **** to return my rug but he did not know where it was at that time. I also stated that the car looked untouched but he became defensive. He told me to come back tomorrow to pick up the rug once he found it. I went back the next day, Wednesday January 31st to get my rug and ask for a full refund due to them not doing anything to my car. When I confronted **** about the refund, he became verbally aggressive towards me and demanded I leave his property because I was trespassing. He refused to give me a full refund. I then felt uncomfortable by the situation and called the cops. The cops informed me that there was little to nothing that they could do but gave me advice. **** did not look to resolve this issue at all and continues to refuse to give me a refund for a task he did not start, let alone complete. I have no doubt in my mind, my car sat at their business for ********************************************************** $195.
