We took our vehicle to get fixed at Pablos Collision on 12/11/23. He told us he would have it ready by the first week of January 2024, however he needed 1/2 of the money to order parts. He ordered new trunk, tail lights, decal. My husband paid $2400 on 12/12/23. We called him the first week of January and he stated that he was short staffed and he needed more time to get the job done. We called him every week mid January and his response was that the parts were not there yet and he needed more time. We come to February and we are calling to ask him for updates and he dates that they are working on it but they have been swamped and that it should be done soon but he needs more money. We too. Him $1500 on February 27,2024 and asked when it would be ready and he said 1 week. We called in a week and he stated it was not ready that the person working on the car messed up and he was personally going to work on it. March 11,2024 I went in person the car is torn apart and he stated he needed 1 more week. We called March 18th and he stated for sure March 22nd it would be ready. We picked up the vechile March 22nd and the vehicle is not complete. The decals are not on, the panel is falling off, there is an old bumper still on, the trunk doesnt close.
