            I brought my vehicle into IPAC Body Shop immediately following a car crash March 20 2023. 4 Months have gone by patiently waiting on them to complete repairs. This was a very simple fender ****** with minimal damage to a small portion of the vehicle. You would think a shop that has been in business 9 years would be able to handle this situation with ease. Numerous excuses have been told to me as well as my insurance company. We have been struggling to reach anyone professional enough to agree to go above the standard to help complete the repairs. I find it very hard to believe that it I should take this long to get a bumper for one of the most common cars on the road.

            They are not truthful about the cost of fixing a car I was sent an email saying to pay nothing that the insurance had taken care of everything we call to confirm and they said that they didn't say that and get in touch with our insurance, we called the insurance and they said it was from the body shop so we called read them the email they said it wasn't from them it had ipac body shop on it before we left we checked again and they had deleted that message and wrote another message stating the car would be ready soon and that we owed 250.00. Why the lie and the crookedness?
