I'm not sure yet if the repair was good because only my wife has driven the car. Just looking at it, it looks good, so I'll leave 3 stars. After all, that's the most important aspect of getting your car fixed. However, I'd have to say my customer service experience was quite bad. The company is run in such a way that they make it clear that they do NOT need your business and couldn't care less either way. They charge additional fees for using a credit or debit card and expect the customer to pay thousands of dollars in CASH to pay their bill and avoid potentially hundreds of dollars in extra fees they tack on. I think maybe they'll take a check but in not all circumstances. How many people carry checks these days anyway? Your grandma? It's like dealing with the mafia. People waited in line behind me as I counted out piles of hundred-dollar bills. Am I at the horse races? If it wasn't so obscenely ridiculous, it'd be hilarious. They're also NOT open on Fridays, which is obviously very strange and not centered around customer service as well (big surprise). The biggest issue is how they fail to let customers know about these inconveniences and end up wasting inordinate amounts of customer time. When questioned about these odd business practices, they are defiant, defensive, and unapologetic. They'll let you know it doesn't matter because "...it's in the form you filled out and signed...". Oh, it is? It's in the fine print somewhere, on a form I signed 4 months ago? Well, fantastic!! As I mentioned before, they get so much business from *****, they couldn't care less about the customer experience. I could include a lot more detail about the snotty customer service ****** at the desk but if you've made it this far, your eyes have already glazed over...
