This is not my first bad review for this business. LIfetime HOA Management is neglecting the residents of one of their communities, Wolf Creek, by allowing La Cantina 1604 Food Truck customers, an entertaining business with ********* and not live music playing above the permissible 85 decibels, to invade our subdivision streets every weekend for parking! This is causing safety issues to all our residents there. This situation is getting out of control with a resulting shooting due to one of La Cantina customer parking right in a resident's driveway last Friday!!!. Also, not only these customers cause traffic issues by parking at stop signs and curves with handicap sidewalk access but also by trashing our only community playground. We requested at one of last summer meeting to have a gate added at the entrance of the subdivision before Desert Wolf street and also road blocks to prevent parking as well as no parking anytime signs. Our requests were ignored!! Clearly this HOA company has some sort of "family ties" if we want to call them that way with the owners of this Food Truck business by being more them permissible with them!!! Pretty soon Lifetime HOA Management will be involved in some legal disputes initiated all by us residents for not doing the right thing and protect the safety of the residents of Wolf Creek!!!
