I am completely Infuriated by the appearance and lack of quality of the apartment we just moved into on 6 Aug 2022 . The complex showed us a model of a one bdrm that was beautiful. We were told that the other units looked the same except for the cabinets.This is a complete Bait and Switch. I asked if I could pick up the keys early on 5 ******* was told that I had to pick them up after **** because they had to do a final wakthrough of the apt. I asked if I can get the keys before **** because I had a 2 hour drive home to pick up a U-haul & pack my Sons belongings. I dove up 4 Aug to ask in person since no one was returning my calls, if I can have the keys before 12 noon as I had a reservation for the u-haul. ***** said she saw the note and they would call me if it was ready. The gate was open so we went looking for his apt & the exterior was completely disgusting with a used bed ************* juice that was stuck at the entrance.I immediately called and left a message with the complex and I did not get a call back. At **** on 5 Aug I got a call if I was going to pick up my keys. I was already gone.6 Aug 2022, with all my Sons furniture in tow, we picked up the keys and was told that the painters had done a sloppy job and had paint all over the floor so we would not be dinged for this and that this was happening at several move in apts. The model had grey walls and looked fresh & this apt was painted an ugly terra cotta/orange color where they also painted the floors, every outlet or anything that was connected to the wall.The trash juice was still at the entrance.Upon entering the apt we were disgusted by how dirty the ***************** were. Everything that had a flat surface was caked in dust. The outlets also had a thick layer on dust on them. Every edge of the floors in every room had a thick layer of dirt.The Washer had a razor ************ in the tub.The **************** was dirty & full of grease. Roaches in the ***************
