I have 2 major items on my credit report I can't get removed I am retired on disability with fixed income the one referenced here is an apt complex I lived in this happened in 2020 I may be a little off on dates but because my income is low the state pays my medcare ins with United health care when I moved I put in a change of address everyone got it supposedly except for the state when my renewal came due which was right after I moved I never got it and I wasn't aware of the exact date well 5 months down the road United Healthcare notifies me they haven't been paid so I contacted this date they told me I didn't send the paperwork in I told him I never got it anyway I did the paperwork over the phone it still took 72 more days they pulled all five payments out of my pay at once which put me behind on utilities which I'm still behind on on my car payment which I lost the car and on these apartments that I lived in I caught up the apartments I only owed like $150 and when I moved out it was on a holiday weekend Monday was a holiday and Sunday was my last day there the lady in the office told me put the keys behind the potted plant at the front of the office I did that well after I moved out I find out a year later they put $2,900 on my rental history that I owed they put new countertops carpeting all kinds of stuff somebody kicked in my front door while I lived there they charged me for that that's nothing to do with me and I had a washer and dryer and I told the lady in the office it's in there I can't get it out cuz it was upstairs I had no one to help me move it and I left it there I told her to give it to someone that needs it they charged me for that they charged me for stuff that I had no business being charged for then they sent the the copies like for the carpet wasn't even my apartment then they turned it over to a collection agency I sent that agency all the paperwork and proof that I didn't know that and they ignored it twice it's keeping me from getting a place to live I was on a list for a low cost apartments but because of them I didn't get on I need help
