      I used to love this vet but I am transferring all of my animals to another vet. The vet and her assistant are either too busy for the patients or they simply don't care. My rabbit died in my arms today while I waited for the results of an x-ray that was taken Thursday of last week. I still haven't heard back about the X-ray and I paid a lot to have it done. I am disappointed in this location and simply can't understand why they keep taking new patients if they don't have the time for them.

      As a new client, I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. However, after the blood work results I asked for a prescription to continue my cat's K/D food I was told I may only buy the cat food from them or an online store that they use. This is very unprofessional. They are putting their needs before the client's needs. Fortunately, my old vet in another city truly cares and gave me a year's prescription. I will not return and I can not recommend this place to anyone.

      Even though my dog is up to date on shots and visits, every month they deny my purchase for my dogs prescription food, leaving me to call and fight to get it approved. Unprofessional.

      Lacking professionalism. They were an hour late for my appointment. Later I found out it was because they were out to lunch. More than a little inconsiderate of my time especially considering I had my large dog with me. Why did they schedule an appointment during the staffs lunch break? Red flag #1.After my appointment I went to check out and the price was wrong. I asked "didn't I already make a deposit?" and the lady said oh ok and adjusted the price. This is how mistakes happen. I asked about the procedure for my dog that was the subject of the appointment. She didn't know what it was. I had to tell her what procedure I wanted to be on the schedule for... I could have said anything. What if I got it wrong? Why was this not already in the computer? Again, this is how mistakes happen. Red flag #2.They require a deposit for every appointment and if you cancel they will mark you down as "no called/no showed". I made my appointment for the procedure and went home with a bad feeling about trusting these people. I missed the call to confirm the appointment and called back as soon as I got the voice mail and said I needed more time to think about it. ****** told me OK no problem. My bad feeling didn't improve so I called back asking for my deposit to be refunded and they told me they won't refund me because I "no called/no showed". That is incredibly frustrating and not true. I talked to ******. He said he would take care of it. Apparently he did not. They said they would have the office manager call me back on two occasions now. Still waiting for that call! Red flag #3.
