              Boooked a party for my nephew at 8am sat sept 9,2023 nobody is here to open doors or answering or returning calls called other locations to try n get a hold of someone nobody will get back with us and they charged my card for deposit and remainder of the party but no services were rendered

              The owner of this location does not care about kids safety - only money. He is using damaged slides, the stairs broke and they refuse to use the slide as designed/intended.I will be filing a report with the state.Just spoke with the owner, on a recorded call. He got upset because I expressed concerns for my kids and other kids safety. Rather than fix the issue and actually care about safety, he does not want me there -- as he knows he is in the wrong.Some background info - They have a broken inflatable slide. The stairs are broken and have been removed. Rather than take the inflatable slide out of service , the owner still has the slide up for kids to use. Kids must climb up the slide while other kids are sliding down.I personally set there and watched several young children kids hurt on this. Kids are sliding down while other kids are climbing up -- they collide into each other.Kids were trying to climb up the side of the side, to avoid a collision with the other kids. However staff was informed by owner to not allow kids to use the sides.
