    We booked a party for 10/21/2023 @ 6:30pm, as soon as we walked in, there was a line.There were 5 employees behind the counter, but only one working. All the other ones were standing around chatting. Finally, we get shown to the party room.And it is not clean. Sticky tables very dirty disgusting floors we had no choice but to stay. So we set up for the party and our so-called host of the party that's what his T-shirt said and that is what we were supposed to have. He talked to my daughter for a moment, he brought in a couple jugs of water and a couple of jugs of soda. And disappeared for the next 45 minutes or so.Mind you, we only have the room for 2 hours. Approximately a 45 min. later, he comes back to says your pizza will be out in 15 minutes, so finally, the food comes out, he puts the pizza on the table and disappears again. He is supposed to be the host of the party and they were supposed to announce over the intercom that the food was ready so the kids that were playing can come back to the room, that was not done. We ended up serving our guests and the children. After that, we were going to sing Happy Birthday. And these people are supposed to be hosting birthday parties and all sorts of events. No one had a lighter candle, 15 minutes and tired of waiting my daughters fiancee had to run across the parking lot into a dollar store to buy a lighter. My daughter approached the manager to see why it was taking so long to find a lighter? She responded with it wasn't their responsibility they don't need to provide a lighter with the ugliest attitude. It might not be their responsibility, but common courtesy, they should be prepared for everything. After all they do advertise birthday parties and all sorts of events. Meanwhile, we need refills for the sodas and the juice for the kid's my host is no where in sight. We go searching for our party host and the entire group of hosts were gathered around socializing. Again, my daughter went to the manager and asked for help. And the response she got, we have other parties to attend to. After I don't know about ten minutes or so the party host came in we ask for a box for the pizza. Sure, he brought us a box throw it on the table and disappear. Did not see him for the remainder of the party. One of the employees brought my daughter the check but my daughter had payed on line she asked if we would like to leave a tip we asked what for? we were the ones who did everything, she slammed her hand on the table grabbed the check crumbled it in her hand and stormed out of the room. She then came back with another employee when it was almost time to clean up with the worst possible attitude, to try to rush us out of the room. They decided to clear the tables before the kids were done with their food or drinks. One of the employees decided to shoulder check my daughter while she was carrying her baby. Again, my daughter, went to speak to a manager about it. And there was a different manager. We tried to discuss the issues with him and he really did not want to deal with the situation. We ask for a district manager or the owner's number. And they would not provide that for us. The only thing that they gave us was an email that would go directly to their location. Then the one supposedly manager ran into the office to discuss the situation with another employee. Meanwhile the rest of the employees gathered behind the counter around the manager to stair at us to try to intimate us. We got no service no solutior or information we needed to get the situation resolved. This place is being run by kids, that have no idea how to provide the customer service Or any of the services that we paid for. A** we were walking out all the employees that had gathered behind the counter were laughing, and dancing. And you know, just acting a fool. We paid for service that we did not receive. They do not take pride in their work or the facility they work in. This is by far the worst experience and the biggest rip off we have ever had. Even my guests were saying how bad the service was and how badly we were being treated. Unbelievable!
