Ok, first of all, **** was excellent! He looked at outside unit, saw right away the problem was a fused relay conductorhe went to his truck, retrieving the new conductor and installed and was done in about 10 -15mins he didnt know how much the bill would be, said that billing wasnt his department. Also the young lady whom I talked to asked if we knew there was a $29 service fee and I accepted that. The card ******* gave me said, on both sides No Trip charges. That is false advertising. I looked up how much a relay A/C switch was on-line and average price was $15-25. So we were very astonished to receive the bill of $325 for switch and the $29 service fee. $50 for the switch would have been acceptable, but $325 is not! Outrageous! We will pay this , but be aware your review will be A1 for service , but an F for charging. On your website, you advertise you wont replace parts until price given to client. Just want future clients to be aware and get an estimate on parts/labor before you agree to service!! Ill also post this on Nextdoor and *******
