    This company is unorganized, unprofessional, and disregards requests for no phone calls (both verbal requests and in writing.) The only reason I used this company is it was the company hired by my home warranty company. After several weeks of trying to get a tech out to my home to fix the pool problems, I finally contacted my home warranty company to request a different company service my pool. From the initial work order I submitted, it took over 2 weeks for the company to contact me to 'try' to setup an appointment. The day the tech finally makes his way over to my house, I did not receive a phone call to schedule this 'appointment.' No. What I received was a 5 min heads up that he was on the way. Since I was at work and no one was at home, I was forced to reschedule. By 'reschedule' I mean that I waited an additional week and a half for the tech to come back out. I was told that I needed to order a part which he sent me a link for and I purchased on ******. When he and another tech returned weeks later, they replaced this part and determined that my filter needed a sand change. My home warranty company does not cover sand changes. This was understood when the tech came back with help another week later to change the sand. We paid him the service fee upfront as required by home warranty. He stated that we would receive a bill for labor and materials. Not only did this bill not come, but our home warranty marked this service call as completed. After all this 'work' performed on my pool and equipment, we ended up w/ a filter that did not work at all and pipes the tech took apart were not put back together properly and my backyard flooded. This was the last straw and also when I requested a different company come out. The other company came over 3 days after scheduling and determined the only issue was improper use of chemicals (we are first time pool owners) as well as improper setup of items that were 'fixed' by Hill. Never again. I don't recommend this place!
