I engaged in an online conversation with a sales representative named David ******, who exhibited predatory behavior and approved a $35,000 loan to me. I had no credit, no cosigner, no downpayment, and one week working. The dealer also allowed me to drive away without proof of insurance in my name. I felt lucky until 2 hours later the car simply broke down an hour from home. The dealer may engage in a pattern of unethical practices that put me and other inexperienced/uneducated/vulnerable consumers at risk of receiving loans we do not qualify for or purchasing unreliable vehicles. I made numerous attempts to resolve the this with the finance manager James ******** after David ****** said he was not part of the servicing department. I tried taking the car back the very next day, but ******** offered to make it right and make sure that I had a working car. He asked that I take it to the local Ford dealer, which I did, to later refuse to pay for anything and lie by blaming me. Nearly two weeks later, ********* informed me that they wouldn't be paying for any of it: the towing bill to the Ford servicer was $175, and the diagnostic bill to the Ford servicer they demanded I use otherwise they wouldn't be able to pay for the repairs-$200, and the clutch for$3800. ********'s demeanor was rude, threatening, and arrogant, insinuating I caused damage to the car and they would not be dealing with it. He even said that if I take it back that he would only tow it back to us, and that it was not their car to deal with anymore. McIntyre and David lied and kept lying to get out of paying repairs or returning the car. They used cunning, deceptive, and abusive tactics on someone without experience or money to fight back. I'm certain this is not the first time where the dealer acts with malice and causes financial harm.

All American Chevrolet is falsely advertising the price of a vehicle on their website (listed price online $61,920). I contacted the dealership and was told that the actual price of the truck I was looking at is $88,878. When I inquired about the discrepancy, a salesman told me a lie by stating “the Chevrolet manufacturer determines the price of the vehicle on their website, and that they could not change the price on their own website.” I then went home and looked online and found an identical truck listed in Dallas, TX for the actual price they wanted for the vehicle. All American Chevrolet of San Angelo, TX is using deceptive business practices.

Date of Purchase/ Down Payment (the first time) 01/27/2023..$1500.
Submitted paperwork, all providing documents (multiple times) to purchase a vehicle. Signed a contract, then was told to return the car because they couldn’t verify employment. My co-
buyer had an overlap in employment, never didn’t have a job, left one and started the other. Not once we’re we told we couldn’t get a new job while purchasing a car. We provided documents from the job he had. The time comes to make first car payment March 12th to the bank..they never submitted my paperwork or contract so they kept asking for my car back. I was out of town for work. They threatened to leave me stranded. I come back into town, we submit paperwork again so they can get the deal finalized AGAIN. They ran my credit with 13 HARD inquires even when they said they have had the deal approved the whole time just needed more check stubs and an extra $500 because the rebate had expired in January when I thought I was only paying 1500 down but now they want 500 more which doesn’t make any sense to me. Now my credit is red flagged as well as the bank they tried to submit me through and I can’t get anything. They said since i’m moving and i’m changing jobs, they need the car back. They left me a threatening voicemail again Saturday saying they would leave me stranded. I requested my down payment back multiple times, but they refused. They said since I’ve had the car so long and haven’t finalized the deal that I should’ve made two car payments already. I said that was not my fault that the deal wasn’t finalized once I drove off the lot the first time. I also said the down payment goes towards the bank and my car not the dealership , they still refuse to contact me regarding my down payment. I’m moving in a week and I need my down payment back since they took the car back and left me with all these inquiries, my red flag credit and no money.
