Consumer made numerous attempts to set a date and time for the online counseling session, but company would never confirm the information. Consumer has been advised to contact the bank and have the debit card cancelled and have a new number issued. Consumer was also advised of the "pros and cons" of using a credit card vs using a debit card.
BBB researched and found that there is no Felosa Drive in San Angelo, TX and the phone listed for the company appears to be out of the Rotan, TX area.
