- FREIGHT CLAIMS/BREAKAGE - Our absolute first priority is
your Satisfaction and CiG guarantees that your shipment is what
you ordered and will arrive in good condition. If it does not, we offer
free replacement. Exceptions to this is if the freight carrier is
responsible for any damage claims must be made with the carrier
within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage,
be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection. Title to
goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.
