I am so happy we found Capital Roofing and Construction. We previously had a different company come out to replace rotted trim/fascia on the front of the house and we were not happy with the job they did. We contacted Capital Roofing and Construction to give us a quote to redo the bad repairs from the previous company, replace additional rotted trim/fascia and repair squirrel damage. We received a quick response from them and **** and ***** were at our house within a couple days to check things out. It was obvious right away they were very knowledgeable and experienced in their trade. The quote they gave us was 100% appropriate given the cost of materials right now and a respectable rate for labor. ***** used quality materials like pressure-treated wood and he and his colleague had wonderful attention to detail. These guys were troopers and put in as much time as they could over multiple days during one of the hottest *******. They even worked weekends to keep the job timeline on track. They always let us know when they arrived and gave us updates before they left for the day. ***** always came to show us any issue he found and consulted with **** so they could let us know our options for fixing any issues. ****, *****, and their team were a huge pleasure to work with and I will go to them again for any future work I need done. One of my neighbors saw them come out and do work on our house and thought the job they did was absolutely beautiful so they wanted to get the name of the company from us for work they need done on their house.
