I had a very bad experience with Kevin's Glass & Roofing. I contracted with him to replace the facia and soffit and then replace the roof. On the first day, a crew showed up and started painting the facia. I had to stop them and tell them to replace the soffit and facia. They did not speak English and we had to use ****** Translate to communicate. They left and came back with the cement board, which was the wrong size, so I stoped them again and they left to get the correct size facia. I called ***** each time I had a problem. He finanly said he was sorry for the problems but was too busy to come to the job site. It took them all week to do the job and it was obvious they were painters and not siding installers, but I let them finish the job. Even though ******* website said they install siding, I realized after the fact they were not certified to install ****** cement siding. Then it was time for the roof. I waited all day for the shingles to be delivered. Finally around 4pm I checked the house at the East end of my street, I live on West end of the street. Shingles were piled on top of their house but nobody was home. I left a message on their door to call me. I called ***** and told him the shingles had been misdelivered to the wrong house. He thanked me for calling him and said he would take care of it. The next day around 3:30 pm, the neighbor called and wanted to know why shingles were piled on his roof. I gave him ******* phone number. The neighbor called *****. ***** told the neighbor he was not responsible for mis delivered shingles and he didn't know which company delivered the shingles. I called *****. ***** told me he was not responsible. By this time, I was fed up with ***** and canceled the contract. Within 30 minutes, the shigle company was at the neighbors house, removing the bundles of shingles from his roof.
