    Horrible experience with poolbots. Ordered a new Doulphin premier pool bot and received a used damaged unit. I immediately took pictures and emailed customer support. 5 more emails were sent with no response. I tried calling 4x and waited on hold for over 40 minutes each attempt. I had to dispute the charge w my ********** and inform them of the fraud. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from poolbots.

    I ordered a new Dolphin Sigma Pool Robot on-line from Poolbots, which I received. However, it fails to connect to the MyDolphin Plus App which means I have no control over any of the programmable features or functionality. I consider myself tech-savvy and am confident I am doing the connectivity steps accurately. Unable to connect with anyone from Poolbots to troubleshoot further or obtain RGA# to return it for a refund (which their website indicates they will do within 30d). The unit is of now use to me if it can't perform the way the manufacturer describes. Unable to get in touch with manufacturer either to troubleshoot any further. I would have ordered this unit through ******, because returning items through them is never an issue, but they were out of it. Suspect I'll be stuck with this unit now, even though it doesn't operate the way it is intended to operate. If Poolbots would simply acknowledge my existence and grant my request to return the unit, I would be much happier. I don't expect they will.

    Simply scam. No correspondence. Bought a pool robot. Never shipped . Almost two weeks. No customer support or updates.

    Absolutely no customer service. No one answers the phone, or the Chat line. I had to reach to ****** the payment company to process my complaint. Poolbots are the worst

    Made an order and ***** let me know the order was held up due to an unreadable label.I reached out to pool bots on their site and got a generic "we'll look into it email." They never did anything further. I also called immediately as they opened and waited over an hour and a half on the phone. Both times, no one answered.I finally reached out to my credit card and disputed the charge so its over now. Unfortunately had to use ****** instead.Poolbots is a scam.

    Huge scam!I bought a robot on their site, everything seemed legit. I never received my purchase. When I contacted their support, I had to send multiple emails. I finally received a very generic reply that basically said "We'll take a look at this", but since then I haven't received anything else. Stay away from that vendor!!!

    SENT ME A BROKEN POOL VACCUM THE BOTTOM CAME OUT OF IT-TRYING TO GET A LABEL FOR BOTH ON THEIR WEBSITE STATES 30 DAY'S MONEY BACK FOR NO REASON AND NO QUESTIONS ASKED? OK THIS ******* LADY WILL NOT. HAD TO DOWNLOAD PICTURES ANY VIDEO?? WHICH I DID BUT NOW NO RESPONSE. WAITED FOR 64 MINUTES FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON ANSWERED AND **** COULD NOT EVEN HELP ME?? NO LABEL YET!!! WARNING DO NOT BUY FORM HERE SCAM WARNING DO NOT BUY ; OH ******* LEADS YOU DOWN A OH HONEY I CAN HELP YOU NO PROBLEM- OH BS!! FILING PAPERS TODAY

    Terrible service. Received a notification of a shipping label created but product never shipped. Ask for a refund never got it. Had to go through my credit card company.

    Order placed and money taken immediately; tracking label was set up following day. One week later - no updates. Several emails over the course of 2 wks not answered. On hold for 2 hrs with no one answering. Live Chat said the unit was on back order and they had no idea when it would be available. Said cancellation was in progress however no verification recd by email. Run around each time I contacted them.

    If I could use 0 stars that would be better. We purchased a ******* premier to replace our dolphin which after many years had stopped working . We paid *******, One day 1 ir did not work properly, It would move but not vacuum, We contacted them by phone and email, spoke to multiple people, sent multiple videos where they claimed it worked, and finally they sent us a return label to return and send us a new one. The second one failed to climb the walls, again they gave us a runaround, and then claimed because of the size of our pool, that is why it did not climb the wall. Seriously...all of our others did and we have a standard size inground pool. We had to immediately send it back because they said it was our 30 day limit, despite we just had the second one for 5 days due to their incompetence. We spent ***** to return via ***** and are now awaiting all full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS, TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD.
