    I purchased several pieces of furniture from Overstock Furniture and Mattress on 10/2/2022 from a **********, ** location that was going out of business, I should've ran then! On 10/3/2022 is when I realized that the company wrapped and loaded the wrong night stand onto my trailer for transport. I then contacted ******** at 281-xxx-7926, she was notified of my findings, ******** provided an apology and offered to have the correct one shipped out to me. She requested a copy of the receipt and my address, I forwarded it to her via text. After not receiving the item in the mail, I contacted her again on 10/23/2022, at that point she then said that she would look into the matter again. Yeah right, Today is 11/18/2022 and I have yet the receive the item. I would recommend these crooks to anyone for anything.
