Trancend Dental - "Where the patients needs and pain are ignored in order to maximize profits" DO NOT GO TO THIS MAD CIRCUS! I had a horrible experience with **************** The other negative reviews are true. He gives a lot of warm and fuzzy up front calling you "brother" That man is as far from a Brother as possible.I went there kinda desperate with temp crown from another unprofessional dentist office. (what is so hard about treating people like human beings for these people) I needed immediate care with this serious issue. I was half way through a crown that needed to be dealt with immediately. And another tooth above that one that was in a lot of pain. They used Prolozone shots to mask the pain (in my opinion) so that they could comfort me enough to find other $Cha-Ching$ issues to work on instead; leaving my serious issue to only get worse. At one point the temp crown fell off and they glued it back on, but rather than schedule an appointment to resolve this and the other issue, they scheduled me for a 'Cleaning'. Ive had a temp crown on a possibly dying tooth, and they schedule a cleaning!? $Cha-Ching$ ! It was over a month later before they sent me to an endodontist to get a final analysis on my initial presenting issue. And 2 months later until they finally extracted the tooth. And only then because I demanded it. They still had one other $Cha-Ching$ procedure they wanted to do... Before dealing with the initial presenting problem from 7 weeks earlier. It hard to believe what Im writing is even true. This people do not deserve to be practicing medicine. And 'practicing' is a key word here: My extraction was performed by ************ Whatever you do. do not let this man anywhere near your mouth. The extraction was a rookie-ass nightmare. 1st he couldn't find the right spot in my mouth to numb me. After 8 shots my heart started to hurt. I thought I was going to have a heart attack right there in the chair. I asked " How much of this can my body take?" *********** said 10-11ampules(or something) and that we were at 9. Hes about to push it to my bodys maximum limit and he is not calling in *************** for a second opinion!??! I was a guinea pig for **************** new partner-*********** and ******* didn't even care to ck his work.! ?! I grew up around medical professionals. I can not over emphasize enough how dangerously unprofessional this office is.And I believe it is because they are motivated primarily by money and ***************** After he finally got me numb the extraction itself was a horrible experience.*********** at one point was asking the assistant if she had any suggestions? I thought -'Yeah call ******* in here, since you obviously don't know what you are doing. Can you image your oral surgeon asking his assistant for suggestions? Honestly, Im shaking my head as I write this thinking - did this actually happen? Its so far off the scale of acceptable medical practice. I felt like I was a volunteer at a rank med school lab where they practice on people. It was horrific! He cracked the tooth into 5 pieces before he got it out. My whole jaw on that side feels bruised and the last 4 days Ive experience some of the worst dental pain of my life. Its so bad I have made an appointment with a specialist to ck *******hangs work. Then theres ******* with his smooth talking manipulation, "Yeah Brother that was kinda rough, ya know some teeth are harder than others - but we are gonna take care of ya" NO YOU are not. I will never step foot into that office again. And I seriously suggest you do not either. The assistant after the nightmare extraction explained to me that after a tooth starts to die the body begins to fuse it to the Jaw bone; making extraction more challenging. Wow... so these dentist know that fact, obviously - but they let it die and fuse for 2 months from the time I 1st saw them to the time of extraction. Any care at all would have never let that happen; and even a shread of true patient concern would not have put the rookie on the job. They used Prolozone to mask the symptoms so I could be fooled long enough for them to $CaChing$ me with other procedures that had no real urgency; which they had to know would end up causing the extraction to be more difficult. Ya know, for me and my value system this is both immoral and criminal behavior.
