I hired personal castles for a one timecleaning which was promptly paid. It seems that they tried to show up several weeks later (uninvited) and tried to bill me a second time for services which were not rendered.There was no communication around a return visit or recurring commitment, nor was there contractual language around this. However, I was clear that this was a one time engagement and ensured there were no future cleanings scheduled. However several months later I received a call from a debt collection agency saying they were collecting debt from continued services from this company, despite no additional services ever being rendered. I attached the original invoice clearly stating that this was an initial, one timecleaning, and there was no mention of a recurring commitment. I also included text messages defending this claim.Imagine hiring a personal chef who, after cooking a wonderful meal for you on one occasion, shows up uninvited another time demanding payment and expecting you to drop everything for their services. Thats the equivalent of this unsolicited bill from this company which is trying to scam its clients.
