            Complaint is in regards to switch and bait and misuse of personal information. I am in the process of purchasing a car from Texan Hyundai (my second) my current vehicle was sold to me by Veronica T****** As this is my second car Veronica is once again my sales person. Problem: a family member wanted to purchase a car and I agreed to "Cosign". Veronica drove to my house as I am visually impaired and I signed paper work to be a cosigner as discussed on the phone prior to her drive. It turns out that Veronica has put me down as a purchaser and not a cosigner. This means as of now, I have two cars on my credit which I cannot afford, I question how two cars were approved based on my information. I would like the second car to be corrected and list me as a cosigner.

            If I figured a zero I would give a zero. I bought a used truck within less than 2 weeks. The truck had all kinds of problem I called the service department I called. They told me to talk to the people in sales. Then I feel so much wrong with this whole situation They never once gave me a copy my contract. They told me since it's a Chevy. They told me it was. As is that needs even though we had it for a couple of weeks. Any problems I had to take care of. Now granted, I would expect this from a regular use car lot. But not from a national dealership. They never call you back wnen you call them.back.they put you on hole until they hang up on you. They care nothing about their customers, I'm 68 years old and they took advantage of me.they won't even call me back.
