    This place is a joke! Just like the review below mine please have a mechanic check out the vehicle. Purchased a used vehicle here and within a month or two owning the vehicle I had major mechanical problems. Reached out to the dealership and they told me unfortunately there was nothing they can do. Going on a few months now my transmission went out. Thankfully I went through the paperwork of purchasing the vehicle and found out I actually do have warranty AFTER they lied about nothing they can do. Even with the warranty, you are not a priority. My car has been there since 1st of October and I have yet to get it back and they don’t provide you a loaner claiming they have a 4 month waiting list. Spoke to Mark and he tells me “ well you did buy a used car and not brand new”. Like that makes up for a recently purchased vehicle having a transmission go out less than 6 months of having it. Maybe you shouldn’t be selling used vehicles if you don’t properly check them before selling. Ridiculous!! Stay clear of this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Lorrie *********, bought used 2020 Explorer with 69k miles Feb 29th of this year. Vehicle came in 10/1, Current miles on Explorer 78k diagnosis Fri 10/11, approval to replace trans from Ext warranty on 10/14, trans assembly arrived 10/17, vehicle was put in line for trans install, currently second on Brian ******* list for install. Anticipated start time is next week Tuesday or Wednesday. She reached out to me this Thurs 10/24, explained to her that we work in order and we are working as quickly as possible, kept insisting that she just bought the vehicle and we need to get it done quicker. I did tell her that she bought a used vehicle 7 months ago and that her powertrain warranty was covering the repair, she is unhappy with time frame and wanted loaner or rental. I did not have a loaner here at the time. Explained to her if she took rental she may be responsible for payment if we could not get approval through her extended warranty. Wanted to talk to Aaron the sales manager, hung up before I could transfer her. Called back a little later and wanted My boss’s info, gave her Gerald ****** service director info. She called him later in the day. We had loaner returned late Thursday we provided loaner yesterday. We do a quality inspection of all Pre-owned vehicles we sell but some issues may be harder to diagnose and show up after the sale. We do get backed up in Transmission at least a couple of weeks and apologize for any delays but will do our best to complete the repair and return the vehicle back to Ms. ********* as soon as possible.

    Had a great experience with Jacob and the sales managers. What brings this dealership down is Moses ******** the finance manager. Our bank gave an approval letter and the rest we paid cash. My bank sent a higher amount and was in contact with Jacob and Moses. I got a call from Moses on a Monday and I was asked what is the deal with the check or the bank draft. I stated to him I’m at work but I will find out asap. I called my bank
    and they said they sent the check and I texted Moses and had my banker call Moses and Jacob which they did. I called Moses that same day and he said he will see if everything is in and would let me know that all was good. So my wife called him Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and left messages. I finally decided to call Friday and ask why he blocked my wife and why he didn’t call us to let us know the check was at the dealership. Jacob was great finding out what was going on. I tried to call Michelle but got no answer so I attempted to call Moses again and he finally answered. I asked him why he didn’t call us to let us know that all was taken care of. He didn’t respond so I asked him do I need to bring the truck back and park it on your door step. He told me whatever I’d like to do and hung up the phone. I called back and told Jacob what I said and what Moses said. Jacob was astonished he did that. Jacob transferred me to Abraham sales director and I relayed the story. I told Abraham all I wanted to know is if you all received the check and when the remaining balance was going be sent back to us. I told him Moses was supposed to get back with us but never did so I didn’t know if the finance went through. Abraham told me all is great and the check was sent to me next day air. I’m sure I’m not the only person Moses is unprofessional to, but someone needs to bring this to the eyes of upper management. Thanks for the help Jacob and Abraham, keep up the good work!

    can’t receive a call back at all, nobody will answer my phone call at all. i’ve been trying to get into contact with a finance manager. i’ve left countless messages & called countless times over a course of 3 months trying to get my refund on a warranty i have purchased. they will not help me at all and have 0 customer service skills. they only care about the sell of a vehicle & then throw you away. any issue you have will never be resolved.
