      Had a great experience with Jacob and the sales managers. What brings this dealership down is Moses ******** the finance manager. Our bank gave an approval letter and the rest we paid cash. My bank sent a higher amount and was in contact with Jacob and Moses. I got a call from Moses on a Monday and I was asked what is the deal with the check or the bank draft. I stated to him I’m at work but I will find out asap. I called my bank and they said they sent the check and I texted Moses and had my banker call Moses and Jacob which they did. I called Moses that same day and he said he will see if everything is in and would let me know that all was good. So my wife called him Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and left messages. I finally decided to call Friday and ask why he blocked my wife and why he didn’t call us to let us know the check was at the dealership. Jacob was great finding out what was going on. I tried to call Michelle but got no answer so I attempted to call Moses again and he finally answered. I asked him why he didn’t call us to let us know that all was taken care of. He didn’t respond so I asked him do I need to bring the truck back and park it on your door step. He told me whatever I’d like to do and hung up the phone. I called back and told Jacob what I said and what Moses said. Jacob was astonished he did that. Jacob transferred me to Abraham sales director and I relayed the story. I told Abraham all I wanted to know is if you all received the check and when the remaining balance was going be sent back to us. I told him Moses was supposed to get back with us but never did so I didn’t know if the finance went through. Abraham told me all is great and the check was sent to me next day air. I’m sure I’m not the only person Moses is unprofessional to, but someone needs to bring this to the eyes of upper management. Thanks for the help Jacob and Abraham, keep up the good work!

      can’t receive a call back at all, nobody will answer my phone call at all. i’ve been trying to get into contact with a finance manager. i’ve left countless messages & called countless times over a course of 3 months trying to get my refund on a warranty i have purchased. they will not help me at all and have 0 customer service skills. they only care about the sell of a vehicle & then throw you away. any issue you have will never be resolved.

      We ordered a truck from Legacy Ford in Rosenburg and provided a deposit holding the order. We were notified late Friday that the truck was delivered. Went to pick it up Monday morning and they sold the truck with was specifically ordered by us with a deposit. What they did was Illegal and even more so unethical. They provided no option that was fair to us. We would never use them again and we will encourage other not to use them as well. They will not make their own mistake right.

      I had my wife’s 2016 Ford Expedition EL serviced at the quiklane this morning. They recommended an engine decarb, engine air filter and cabin filter due to mileage. After looking behind the glove box for the compartment, I ended up googling and found the 2016 does not have a cabin filter. I called the dealership and spoke with the parts department and confirmed there is no part number for a cabin filter meaning there is not one. I called and spoke with the service manager who informed me that techs at the quiklane may not be as experienced and go off of mileage for recommending replacements on certain things. Years ago I worked at a Toyota dealership and if we were recommending replacing anything we brought that part to the customer to show the difference between the new and old part. I wonder how much money they have made on scamming people by making bad/false recommendations.

      This dealership once the sale is done they refuse to resolve a customer's problem correctiy,They will send you to one person after another , hoping the person they send you to is not around and push you away so you give up on getting the problem resolve, And they are very dishonest from the salesperson,Finance dept.,and the manager,The way this dealership see it, we have made the sale and got your money$ so **** you!!
