    I paid my for the 2nd quarter of the year for my trash pick up service. They suspended my service because I haven't paid for July. We are still in June! No courtesy reminder e mail, phone calls, letter in the mail nothing! Just suspended my service for service time that has been fully paid for! This is a robbery. They also broke my trash can and they refuse to replace it! This company is a headache to deal with.

    We are moving and can no longer use this service as we prepare this house to sell. We are constantly back and forth from the old home to our new home. This company requires a trash can with a special sticker on the curb to utilize their service; however the *** has deed restriction against leaving a trash can on the curb. We are seldom at this location on trash days to put the can away - out of street site. I canceled our trash service on Jan 20, 2025 and was told I would get a refund within 6-8 weeks. (refund due $98.66). I called on March 11th and was told that the refund would be in the mail before end of week, by the 21st. I verified our mailing address. On the 26th I called again and was told the check was mailed on the 17th. Today is the 31st and I still don't have my refund. Please help me get this refund. I'm not sure why a company would take 10 wks unless they are not reputable.

    Had informed business that we wanted paperless billing as we did not want to be charged a fee since credit card was tied to account for autopay - travel for business and dont retrieve mail when away. Company continued to send bills with I paper charge highlighted for a very long time and later started revealing the charge for monthly fee - we informed them of their error and the company refused to refund our account over the years- -plan to notify **** for billing fraud.

    Dates of incidents include but not limited to: 11/07/2024, 10/25/2024..... Many many other dates.Texas Pride Disposal has failed to pick up my trash multiple times in the past. Trash is always left behind or not picked up on the service date( Multiple Incidents over the years). I Called customer service and was told they had to make a report and review cameras instead of just sending someone to pick up what they left behind? This company has been a problem since day one of them taking over the *** account. Truck drivers used to have a list of houses that did and did not pay. Now recently Texas pride Disposal Implemented a sticker policy that neither me nor other residents agreed to follow. It is not my job to do the companies due diligence of who paid and who didn't. My lawn guys cut my grass every week and leave the trash bag out where trash is always placed visible and unobstructed from the street. If I don't drag my empty trash can every week outside just for them to see a sticker then they will not pick my trash up. I travel for work and I'm not always home to do so. Now my only options are either i can leave a trashcan outside for weeks at a time and risk a fine from the ***. Or bags full of grass clippings will stay outside and again risk a fine. Again it is not my job to do their due diligence. They should know who has paid and who hasn't. If I'm paying for a service i expect it to be done. When my grass clippings aren't getting picked up they are rotting, stinking, and killing the grass they are sitting on. Now I have to pay to repair my grass from them not performing a service that I paid for. I've even had instances of them not picking up trash despite having the sticker out visible from the street. I need this Resolved. Texas Pride Disposal needs to do their own due diligence or compensate us for the time we have to take to do their job. Texas Pride Disposal have accumulated recently Hundreds negative reviews. I have attached a few sorted by date.

    I have garbage service with this company , I reached out back when we had our storm here to let them know my grave fell away and I dont need service because I evacuated during the storms. At this time I had no service with them , yet they have been charging me monthly plus late fees as if I am getting service. I reached out and asked for a supervisor to call me or reach out because now that Im back in town I do need service but I shouldnt have to pay for service that was not used! They also have a policy the garbage man wont even take your garbage without a sticker which I havent had one since the first storm.

    I have been requesting a new Trash Cart by phone, by email and by filling the form on their website totally about 6 times since early this early, every time the reply is having to wait 14 days but it never come. I even saw the trash cart delivery truck passed my house 3 times but none of the new trash cart is to my house.

    Why the other houses could have a new trash cart to replace their not too damaged one but not my badly damaged trash cart.

    I really didn't want to contact the BBB but I have no choice. I don't want to wait forever. How many 14 days I should wait ?

    I requested a replacement trash bin for my residence approximately six weeks ago due to a large crack in my current bin. As of today (9/18/2024), I have yet to receive a new bin. I have called numerous times, but the experience with Texas Pride Disposal customer service has been frustrating. The wait times are excessively long, and I have not received any productive assistance.When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am continually given the runaround, and no one is able to provide any updates. I consistently pay my water bill on time each month, which includes trash pickup, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    This company does not complete the service that a customer pays for. I have been a customer with them for over 5 years and they have been horrible but I am forced to use them. They do not respond to emails, charge me incorrectly and when I have spoken to someone about it they ignore the email even though I get a read receipt. They increase charges without notice. The service especially for the last 3 weeks has been horrible. They have missed my trash for multiple days. I call to complain and they do nothing about it but make excuses for why it was not done. They never have a supervisor or manager to speak with. They take my payment for the quarter but do not do their service.

    I have just paid Texas Pride for the next 3 months of service. On our last contract, they missed multiple recycle pick **** I have tried calling (13 times in 3 weeks to be exact) and asking for a refund. "I will definitely call you back today", "I am so sorry for this", "I have emailed dispatch about this", "we are waiting on dispatch to respond to see why they missed because your account is up to date." You name it, I've heard it... 3 weeks later and the supervisor, *********, cannot be bothered to call a PAYING CUSTOMER back. The dispatch obviously doesn't care about returning an email from 3 weeks ago (and supposedly multiple others in the meantime). I simply want a refund for the services not rendered and them to tell their pick up employees to do their job. I shouldn't have to sit and watch when they come by to see if they take my stuff and have to call them over and over again.

    I own a house on *************************************. I had it leased out but had to evict the tenant and now I cant get the trash picked up unless I pay his bill. I never had a contract with the trash company so dont see how I can be held accountable for his debt. Please help me
