    I had ordered a 7 pack of pastel color T shirt the product came i had tried on 1 out of the 7 pack to see if it fit right,the shirt was to long for my 5foot 7inch body it had came down to my knees so I put in for a return the next day,the received the package on the 4 of June then they sent me an invoice of an refund but no funds to my account so notified them about my refund about 3 to 4 times they keep sending copies of an invoice saying the refund was issued on the 7 of June and that it may take up to 10 days to show up in my account today is the 25 of June and there's no funds back in my account.

    Transaction date: May 11 Amount Paid: $248.45 I placed my first order with them on May 11, got an email saying there was a warehouse issue a week after placing order. They said they would send out the items in a week. Still nothing. I reached to them again, kept sending me the same generic emails. I asked for a refund since its been a month and still have not received the items. Now there is an issue with the delivery but no resolution. They still have my money and no items or refund.

    They resolved it today by issuing a refund finally after the threat of BBB. I willle thou know if they doesnt hit my bank account.

    I have only ordered twice from this company and both times I have never received a refund for my returns. The first time the company claimed they never received my return so I figured maybe it was somehow lost in transit. However, my most recent order had the same outcome. I returned my unworn items still in their original packaging with the tags still attached and was still charging the full amount for my order. Other customers have stated that ******************** lies about the condition of the returned item which is impossible in my case due to me immediately placing my items back in the package when I noticed the color of the items did not match the picture on the website. This is a terrible business practice and Tailored athlete is scamming people out of their money. My items were returned and I have provided proof of that. I need a full refund and have contacted my bank about this matter.

    I tried on a tshirt for literally a minute and I didnt like the fit so I started a return. The item shipped 12/31/24 and was delivered on 01/02/25. It took them two weeks to contact me to wrongfully accuse me of leaving a smell and stain on the tshirt and denying my return. This company is doing whatever it can to deny my request for a refund.

    I ordered 4 shirts from tailored athlete. They arrived and the fit was small, I sent them back. They only refunded me for 3 out of the e 4 shirts saying that I wore one, when I did not. I tried the one shirt on and found that their sizing was small. They said there was a stain on the shirt and sent me a picture. The image they provided clearly shows a shirt that must have been defected with some short of small ***** **** on it. They told me since I didnt report it damaged upon receiving the shirt they wouldnt refund me. I clearly wasnt aware the shirt was damaged, tried it on and saw that it fit small and sent all the shirts back. The other three were not even opened.

    Purchased a shirt that didnt fit about 2 months ago was told to send it back and the company would send me a larger size. I sent it back and NEVER received my larger shirt!!

    Purchased clothing that are not the quality shown. The pockets are all sewn shut. Was denied exchanged/refund after weeks of the refusing to respond to my messages.

    They only offered resolution after reporting them to the BBB. I can not afford to ship back the pants for a refund.

    ORDER #****** placed on 5/2 says it was delivered via a courier service called OnTrac. OnTrac says it was delivered but the package was not received at our residence. There isn't a photo of delivery either. Company will not refund the money due to the courier saying it was delivered.

    This company advertises easy returns but when you return the item they will claim the item was returned in a way that violates the returns policy and not give you a refund. I returned multiple items, exactly as they came from the company, and they claimed I returned them not in original packaging. This is a tailored clothing store so for one item they claimed it was stained, it definitely was not. They know what to tell the credit card company to win a dispute so the company gets your money and the merchandise back. Online reviews from Trust Pilot show they are doing this to a lot of people. Also they block you on social media if you say anything about this, so you cant even warn others.

    The customers product was returned damaged which breaches our returns policy which states products must be returned in the original packaging with the tags attached and in a resellable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible. Their was a small stain on the cuff of the shirt and as this was not brought to our attention upon receiving the item nor within their return reason or feedback we are unable to deem this as a faulty upon receiving.

    I am rejecting this response because:   ************ uses the excuse that the items were damaged to refuse refunds. They do it very often and you can see this pattern based on online reviews. If you look at the stain they say was on the shirt, the stain is obviously something a customer would have never seen if the item arrived this way. A reputable company not scamming customers would have issued a refund, but because their standard practice is to deny refunds their either used a pencil to create the stain themselves or they just used a different shirt. Either way customers need to know and be on the lookout for this behavior. This is the whole reason for bringing this claim to the BBB. They need to be aware of these predatory practices. 

    Also, multiple items were returned. They only stated damage to one item. When asked why the others were not refunded either, they claimed they were not returned in original packaging. That also is a lie because 1/2 the items were never even tried on. ************ continues to do this to customers based on online reviews and needs to be stopped.

    Online clothing company Tailored Athlete refuses to refund me for clothes I ordered that did not fit and that I quickly returned back to them in perfect condition within their original shipping bag. Scammers!
