      I bought a used Honda Accord 2021, Hybrid, Touring trim, ****** odometer reading from them for a selling price of 24,777$, Additional on top of this they added certification cost of 895$, Perma plate appearance protection warranty for 499$, LoJack GPS theft protection plan for 499$, sale tax of 1701.68$, registration fee of 139.75$, documentation fee of 150$, Lithia for maintenance for 949$, Driveway vehicle service contract for ******* miles for 3395$. They manipulated the total finance amount to 33,005.43$. I trusted them and this is my biggest mistake and I will need explanation from them for why they ditch me?

      Tried to buy a car at the price they had listed and advertised but they wouldnt sell it to us because we were used car dealers. Called the Texas DMV and they said they were required to sell at the price listed and advertised but they still refused even though we were going to write a check for it. The managers were standing in a back office laughing at us. How are they still in business?

      We are more than happy to conduct a retail transaction on any of our vehicles for our advertised prices.  As a standard practice we do not sell our retail vehicles to wholesalers as we have a vested interest in keeping these vehicles within the Lithia group if we do not transact them with retail customers.  There are times, such as with this particular vehicle, where we are advertising a very aggressive price that is below auction value with the full intention of forwarding the savings to our retail customers.  I support the decision to decline this unit from a wholesale sale at this time.  After speaking with my team, I am told that this was clearly communicated via *******************, our General Sales Manager, via phone, prior to you still making the decision to come to the dealership to acquire the vehicle.

      If you buy a vehicle from this dealer, make sure you watch every number they write down they will switch numbers on you. They will tell you one thing and do another. Im just telling you to watch everything.

      First off I will never buy any new or used vehicle from Honda of Rockwall again. I spent $24,141.41 on a 2015 Chevy Traverse that had only 58,993 miles. I bought it on the 1-8-22 and when we test drove it there was a small coolant leak and I told them to do a full vehicle inspection which they haven't even done yet at the time. So I did a visual inspection and the rear signals light were taped on so they wouldn't fall out so I requested them to fix them. It took them a week to changed the signal lights and instead of new ones they bought some used ones from the junkyard. Yes, I checked there work and they couldn't even do that right, because the light bulb wasn't even connected to the lenses, I corrected there mistakes. So we brought the vehicle back to the dealership and it took them 10 days to inspect the vehicle and they said they had there master technician looking at it and he didn't find anything coolant leak. I took it in to Christian brothers to do a vehicle inspection and check for any leaks. This shop found multiple leaks and loose bolts and shocks were shot and they showed me picture and proof of the leaks. I called the General Manager to let them know this needed to be fixed. They didn't want to cover the cost because it was too high. The shop lowered the price by a couple of hundred of dollars so we could get our vehicle back on the roads. We didn't even had the vehicle for a full of 30 days when all this happened. Then on 2-13-22 on Sunday after church our vehicle didn't start and we had our kids in the vehicle a 3 year old son and a 6 month baby. I called a tow truck to pick up the vehicle to take to near by shop called Eagle transmissions in lavon and thank God they had it fixed in 3 days. I contacted the General Manager of Honda of Rockwall and he said they are not covering this. Sad to say, what happened to customers safety. If we were on the highway in front of a semi trailer and the vehicle just stop working my family and I wouldn't be here.
