    On July 27, 2022 I took my daughter to ABC glass auto repair shop to replace her front windshield. After two hours we we turned to pick up her car, paid in full $303 with my credit card and then they brought the car to the front. Upon our inspection of the work my daughter noticed the leaf guard between the windshield and the engine was cracked about 5 to 6 inches. My daughter, who loves to detail her car, had just detailed her car the night before and luckily had taken a photograph of the windshield as she knew she was about to get it repaired. So we had our proof with a dated photograph that it was not cracked prior to their service. We asked the owner to come out to the parking lot and he proceeded to deny that they did not damage her car. The owner proceeded to get very defensive when we told him we had a photograph, A dated photograph. He then proceeded to ask "why would she have a photograph of her windshield?" He then proceeded to say "that picture could've been taken a year ago." Obviously not being up-to-date on technology I asked my daughter not to answer that. I asked him to get his son, who did the work, out to the parking lot. The two unfortunately never owned up to the damage and continued to deny, raised voices and walked away. I immediately called my credit card company to stop this payment but it was too late. The credit card company advised us to call the police and make a report. The police came and unfortunately the state of Texas does not consider this a problem. I trusted that my daughter had read reviews on this company before we drove there, because I wouldn't have used Safelite personally as I'm aware they are a reputable company. After the police left, I proceeded to researching this company myself. Sadly to say all the reviews were horrible, some people left with worse damage than ours and also losing in small claims court. I also learned that this business is not insured. So sad that they are still servicing the community!

    The absolute worst business owner I've ever delt with. The installer cut through my curtain airbag wiring harness obviously cleaning old glue off the area with a blade. Waited an hour for the truck, paid and went to leave and noticed the airbag light on. In 10 years and 230K it's never stayed on until they worked on it. Brought it back to show the damage to Mike who wanted to splice the wires back together. NOT A CHANCE! After realizing what the cost of repairs might be he told me he was not responsible. Mike is the most dishonest owner I've ever delt with. I've owned a business for 40 years and know when you make a mistake, you cop to it and fix it. Mike doesn't do that!
