This company misrepresented itself. They claimed to be ****** and said there would be a one time fee of $99 for 2 years of ****** Maps listing and management. Charges are recurring monthly and constant phone calls asking to update the service and more fees. This is fraudulent. I specifically asked them if they worked directly for "******" as employees of "******" that get paid by "******"? They said "Yes." They work for ******. They get paid by ******. I asked them do you receive an employee paycheck from ****** with taxes taken out etc.? They said, "Yes ". They only disclose who they actually are when you get the invoice after payment. I would like a full refund and my info removed from their system.I want the monthly attempts to charge my credit card to stop, forever.Business Response

This company advertises a one time payment for ****** ranking then starts to have the charge reoccurring every month. They sneak some fine print in the email receipt so they can charge you every month. We have tried to reach out to their support to cancel these charges but you guessed it they do not respond. Clearly a scam, watch out.Business Response

Brutual dealings with this very shady "business". Just found there are a number of others here being taken advantage of. In total I've been charged 4 times for $99 at inconsistent intervals (always a call from "Google") over the past 2 years. Company cannot provide any information about what the service is actually for, nor can they provide an account payment history, and have delayed my inquiry about this for almost 3 weeks now. Surprised they even pick up the phone.
I've requested refunds over the phone with no luck. Always promising to do so without actually following up. Return my money, this has been unbelievably frustrating.

as per our record you have being charged for the SEO service in 21-September-2021 which was a monthly plan so the second charge was made on 21-oct-2021 and we have a record of cancellation and refund for the service asper your request which was processed on 12-Nov-2021 kindly check your bank statement for the same
after this you were again subscribed for the same service on 31-oct-2022 for which we charged you for 99$ which was being again refunded as per your request
kindly have a check on above mentioned transactions
some of the dates which you have mentioned in the complaint ( 08/16/21) are not found in our records kindly have a check on it that would be from some other company

I was contacted on October 7, 2022, by a representative who called himself ****** and stated that he works for Google and was calling to verify my Google Map listing, he even gave me his Google employee number ****** I had approximately a 10-minute conversation with ****** while he was confirming my business information to make sure Google Maps was correct. Then he told me it was going to cost $99.00 for a two-year posting. At that time I refused to pay for the listing and ****** again told me that he does work for Google and gave me a phone number to contact him with his extension, XXX-XXX-XXXX x202. With this, I felt safe with making the payment and did so. On October 14, 2022, my Google Business account was suspended due to my Maps listing. At this time I called the number that ****** had given me the number belongs to a healthcare company and they do not have anyone named ****** that works there. Next, I went to my credit card statement and called the phone number that was with the GoInfoLine Tech. the transaction, this number went to a woman's home she knew about GoInfoLine and was going to have someone contact me. I still have not heard anything from GoInfoLine Tech and after three weeks I was able to have my Google Business account re-instated. But, in the meantime, GoInfoLine Tech tried to charge my credit card again on November 7, 2022. This was an unauthorized attempt to defraud me even more. I have now had to cancel this credit card which is the card I basically run my business on. This affects my timely payments to ten vendors as well as the multiple hours I have lost to correct the damage GoInfoLine Tech did to my Google Business account.Initial Complaint

This company said they were Google and would put my company at the #1 listing on Google maps, none was true. They said it would be a one time fee of $99 but it is a recurring charge.
