              Around March 7 I texted the number XXXXXXXXXX as suggested by the message on the call for a quote on reupholstering a chair. Later that week he came by my then home in ********************************, XXXXX and estimated $400 to repair and reupholster . I agreed and he took the chair and the fabric I provided in his car. On March 28 I texted him about the status and he replied that it would be ready by end of week. More than a week went by and on Friday April 22 I received a text from him with a picture of the chair stating it was ready . And he would deliver it on Saturday the 23rd between 10 am and noon to my new address at 3535 N Hall St in Dallas. He never showed up and all my texts to him afterward as to why were never answered.
