RealPage Vendor Credentialing is contracted by property management companies to facilitate vendor compliance administration tailored to their specific operational needs. The property management company establishes compliance benchmarks, coordinates work schedules, and is responsible for remitting payments for services rendered at their property locations. Any costs incurred to meet compliance requirements or delays in payment are not a result of actions taken by RealPage Vendor Credentialing. RealPage Vendor Credentialing is not involved in processing invoice payments and should not be considered a point of contact or responsible party for any issues or complaints regarding payments. Upon review of the vendor's account, it was determined that the vendor did not provide the necessary insurance documentation as mandated by their client prior to commencing work. This documentation is essential for maintaining an approved account status. ********************** acted in accordance with established protocols by presenting the deficiency to the vendors client for consideration of an override. While one client approved the override request, another declined it. There were no errors or oversights made by RealPage Vendor Credentialing.P. J.

1 starThis has to be the worst company in ******* for vendors to do business with. Unequivocally costs us cash flow, hundreds of dollars of wasted employee time, all for no value to the underlying risk of projects. The obstruct and obfuscate, and it is a scourge on our business efficiency, and a detriment to client relationships.Realpage Vendor Compliance LLC

RealPage Vendor Credentialing is contracted by a property management company to oversee vendor compliance administration specific to their needs. The property management company establishes compliance benchmarks, coordinates work schedules, and remits payments for the services provided at their property locations. Any costs incurred to meet requirements or delays in payment are not driven by RealPage. Review of the account indicated that the vendor was in an approved status prior to submitting the review. While reviewing the account, we did reach out to the vendor to discuss their concerns as we do appreciate feedback. During our discussion, the vendor acknowledged the helpfulness of our representative but expressed their frustration at the overall process which we discussed in detail. We shared information about alternative support options available to them, including our ************** Hours program, which offers dedicated assistance and allows screen sharing for any future inquiries and our mobile application that allows vendors to access their accounts and upload their documents easily. In addition, he requested that the auto-renewal feature for payment be removed from their account which was completed during our call.Review fromJames D

1 starThey will allow you to start working, charge you a membership fee, pretend like everything is all good. Once you send an invoice to be paid for your work they say "sorry the insurance provided does not meet the requirements" but they let you work first. So even if you end up obtaining the insurance they requested it doesn't matter because the work was already done and the insurance is not going to cover work done outside of the new policy term. RealPage knows exactly what they are doing to small businesses and insurance agencies. I hope all contractors can start to realize the scam and deny everysingle property that is managed by RealPage. Look at all the reviews they are all 1 star for a reason.Realpage Vendor Compliance LLC

We were unable to locate an account with ********************** that reconciled with name or email address associated with this review. We reached out via the consumers provided email to request additional information to assist in our research. No response was provided. The property management company establishes the requirements, schedules their own work, and remits payment for the work provided at their property locations. Without reviewing the actual account, we are unable to confirm the clients requirement based on the service of the vendor. Therefore, we are unable to research the feedback or validate that it was submitted by a vendor account holder within our system.Review fromKRIS J

RealPage Vendor Credentialing is contracted by a property management company to oversee vendor compliance administration specific to their needs. The property management company establishes the requirements, schedules their own work, and remits payment for the work provided at their property locations. The statement that RealPage provides a green light for work and then gives a red light when payment is due is inaccurate. There is no green light" or approval provided prior to satisfying all requirements of the property management company. Review of the account reflected that the vendor did not provide a trade license (as required by their state) and ensure their account was in an approved status prior to commencing work. RealPage did present the deficiency to the vendors customer for override consideration. The request was declined because competitors of the vendor in the same area were able to comply without special exception consideration. There were no errors made by RealPage.Review fromJack R

1 starThis company is a joke. We work with multiple other compliance verification companies and have no issues with our insurance and in fact, carry 4x what most clients require. Real Page has kicked back documents because the "additional insured" box had a "Y" instead of an "X" marked. Then they kicked back our insurance because our "on hook" policy was not listed at the bottom of the **** but instead listed with our Commercial Auto Policy, but clearly stated that we had the insurance. Furthermore, they fail your certification because they apparently cannot read and overlook endorsement documents that were included in our initial document submission and when brought to their attention, they resubmit it and tell you it will take 72 hours to process through compliance, but then ends up taking twice that time. When they tell you it is expedited, you can also expect it to be anything but and actually take longer then what their normal processing time is.... whatever that *** be.And trying to get anyone to reply to an email or return a call is near impossible. I am currently waiting for certification that they said would be expedited in 24 hours.... this was 3 business days ago. After sending multiple emails to 3 different employees and their main customer service email, I have yet to receive any response back.Honestly wish the companies we do business with would switch to a different compliance company.Realpage Vendor Compliance LLC

RealPage Vendor Credentialing is responsible for ensuring all vendors meet the insurance requirements of our partner management company. Upon reviewing the account, we found that the vendor's documents did not qualify for expedited processing, but were processed within 24 to 72 hours. Failure to submit the required automobile additional insured endorsement with the full wording required by the vendors customer prevented the ********************** from reaching approval. At the time the review was submitted, the vendors status was approved with respect to each of its customers; however, the vendors insurance policies were due to expire shortly. We thus reached out to the vendor by phone and provided a direct line to call for future assistance and advised him of other available resources, including our ************** Hours program which allows screen sharing and one-on-one interaction, a mobile application that allows vendors to access their accounts anywhere, and a partnership with Certificial that allows vendors to retrieve insurance documents in a timely manner. The vendor appreciated the additional resources we provided, which he can use to facilitate the timely provision and processing of his renewal documents so that his approved status can be maintained without interruption.Review fromRichard H

1 starI am an insurance agent and wish they did not exist. Their internal processes have caused many headaches and they have zero follow through. I understand compliance and feel like they have so many internal processing issues that is causes their clients jobs and us insuance agents clients because they cannot process items in a timely manner.Realpage Vendor Compliance LLC

RealPage Vendor credentialing was able review the account in question for the agent. We evaluate submitted documents in accordance with the client's requirements. The vendor and their agent were notified of the requirement failures by email multiple times informing them of the necessary corrections. Our review of the account revealed that the documents were processed in a timely manner and the agent was informed of the turn-around time. During the review of the account we reached out to the agent directly and discussed his experience. He was able to explain his concerns in detail. He did advise there was a build-up of frustration when he left his review. He did express gratitude for the representative who assisted with reaching the approved status as well as the additional assistance after the review. Additionally, we transitioned two of the agent's insured accounts to approval. As part of our vendor program, we provide the insurance agent with additional resources, such as ************** Hours, which allow screen sharing and one-on-one interaction, and Certificial, which facilitates the retrieval of insurance documents quickly.Review fromMark A

1 starAbsolutely ridiculous, criminal institution. I don't understand how they still in Business. They charged me $100 per customer to ruing my business and make me lose money and clients. I provide service that doesn't not include vehicles and yet they request me to have millions of dollars insurance for vehicles that I don't have or they want accredited my business. We are taking loses in thousands of dollars, while our business is 27 years on market with thousands of customers absolutely licensed and insured. The entire ************* legal system accepts my business but not vendor credentials. Absolutely scam company causing nothing but harmful expenses to my business, my employees and my customers.Realpage Vendor Compliance LLC

1 starTHIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. This company is clearly a scam designed to take your money through the non refundable registration fee that you are required to pay whether they "approve" your information or not. They took my money for "registration" in August of 2023. I have all the correct insurance and endorsements but they refuse to mark me as "compliant" in their system. When trying to communicate with them they REFUSE TO RESPOND. It is now March of 2024 and they keep harassing my general liability company, demanding vehicle insurance information which I have through a different carrier (and they know this, but they either refuse or are too incompetent/corrupt to do their job correctly). They have damaged my reputation as a business by refusing to properly evaluate my paperwork to see that it is correct. This has caused me to lose clients by giving the impression that I do not have the proper insurance when I clearly do. I have tried cancelling my account so they don't charge me the yearly fee again but there is no option to do so on my end and they REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE with me other than the automated emails every single week telling me that my paperwork is not valid (which is most definitely and very obviously not the case). At this point, I consider this company a criminal organization who should be heavily investigated and potentially prosecuted for fraud and harassment.Realpage Vendor Compliance LLC

A property management company contracts with RealPage to monitor vendor compliance based upon their specific requirements. The enrollment fee paid is for document processing and does not guarantee approval. A vendor must meet the specified requirements for their customer to transition to approved. Prior to enrollment vendors are provided access to their customers requirements. Should they fail to meet a requirement, they are provided a corresponding failure statement in the emailed notification, and it is also presented on their Home page. Insurance agents are not harassed or demanded to provide insurance information but are merely copied on emailed notifications to keep them informed when a client insurance documentation requirement is not satisfied by the documents provided by the agent. Review of the account revealed that the documents we received were processed timely and the vendor submitted a personal auto declarations page which the client does not accept. We have attempted to address with the vendor the revision we needed by phone and e-mail, and he was provided with several ways of contacting Vendor Credentialing including our ************** Hours should he need assistance. The authority to accept an auto declarations page in lieu of a commercial policy on a certificate resides with their customer alone. We did present the declaration page to the client who chose to make an exception for this policy period only which has subsequently been approved.
