The lifetime guarantee for the Healthy Home Probiotic machine was honored today 4/17/24 after we installed a new A.C unit ****** and ******* came out and reinstalled 2 units and got them working again. Even though they had to re install them in the attic ,there was no charge to us. And they did an excellent, professional and courteous job!Review from Belvin D

********* and **** just finished installing an attic fan, probiatic machine, and the KOOLBlanket. The two gentlemen were wonderful! They were prompt, worked quickly and neatly, even sweeping my garage when they finished. As for how well the products work, that review will need time to assess.Review from Karen J

Two young men had to access our attic to install the probiotic into the probiotic dispensing machine. It was when they packed up the ladder and left, they forgot to close the access door to the attic and now all our hot air is escaping from the house up into the attic. We are in our eighties and our sons have forbidden us to get up on ladders, and fix the problem ourselves. There is no phone number to phone these lads back and get them to come back immediately and fix the problem. Our only recourse is to leave a complaint with the parent company in another state and or to leave a complaint here for the public to see.Review from Anita & Bill S

I honestly don't know how Healthy Home 365 can put on their website that they have an A rating because they have so many negative responses. My ************ experience is also negative! They were supposed to send us pictures of the insulation in the attic...they didn't. The probiotic purifier was supposed to last 2 years....it only lasted less than 6 months! They promised to inspect their work after a few months.....they did not!! The only thing we were happy with was the solar attic fan. It works.....the only thing that does work. Promises made and broken....it gives the company a very bad name, so how can they say they have an A rating???? Very, very unhappy customers. I recently had the pleasure of hiring a professional team to install new attic fans, and I am very satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and punctuality. I am truly happy with the outcome and highly recommend their services to anyone. The quality of the air in the house after they installed the unit has been to the point of horrible, my wife and I have been waking up with a runny nose, headaches and coughing every morning until the air spray they use has run out. Also I had sent in my last payment with the defered payment and now they are saying that I owe more money, the payment in full has been sent and received by the company but do to the mail service at the end of covid my mail was late, so they now say I owe more money but the bill has been paid in full. All I want is them to take the equipment out and pay me for pain and suffering because of their eqipment.

We recently went to a dinner in O'Fallon Missouri and were very impressed by the presentation. We did not plan on purchase anything but after discussing it with the sales representative we felt adding newer insulation would be beneficial for our home in the long run. The install was extremely smooth and the customer service was better than expected. we had a lot of questions and we did not feel pressured in anyway. The sales person guided us clearly and let us make a decision after a couple of days. What really sold us was the benefits listed for the installation. We have tried other brands and I've never been thoroughly satisfied. We now realize how much money we have wasted in the past on out dated products . My husband has a hard sell and he was convinced so we went ahead. We have also purchased the probiotic service as well. We don't make a lot of money so initially we were concerned with the cost, and after letting our representative know that, they made it work for our budget without pressuring us to spend more. All in all we had an excellent interaction and we would highly recommend this company, healthy homes 365 to anyone looking to improve their home and save money.Healthy Home 365 Response
