    In July, I took in my printer to Levi Imaging. It was printing magenta ink on parts of each page printed. I paid a $35 deposit to get work started. They ended up charging $89 for labor and $99 for new ink toner. They said that the chips were misplaced on my existing toner. I paid for the work to be completed. In August, I messaged them to let them know that I printed a 31 page document with no issues, but when I went to print my next file, I got an error message to change the toner because it was out. I tried all troubleshooting and nothing worked. They said to bring it in. I waited for my next school holiday to bring it in (mid-October). I went in the shop and talked with the owner and his assistant/receptionist. They entered in my info while they asked me about the issues. I waited for two months and no word. I called them with no luck, until finally someone answered and she said she would look into and call me back. No call back. I emailed and with no luck. Then, after three months, I finally got a quote for a little over $400 to get more toner. I declined the service because I already bought new toner from them and the toner they were going to charge me was much cheaper if I bought it myself. I went to pick up the printer, hoping to talk to the owner (John ***** about the refund, but only the technician was there. I have emailed John multiple times with no response at all. I stated that I wanted a refund because my printer was in no better working condition than it was when I brought it in July. He finally responded with, "Sorry I was out of town monday and didn't see the email. What do you need me to do?", as though he had never read my emails. I responded back with the same message I had sent before. Still no response. I am attaching the quotes and the email correspondence.
