Don't hire this company to do a professional job. The General Manager Residential Sales, Maidelys J**** was the project manager of my paint project. I paid $1535.65. I was misled. I was led to believe the doors & floor molding would be painted. When I asked her... she said it would be an additional charge to paint the doors & floor molding because it was not in the contract. Other painters told me I had gotten the short straw when I hired this company. Never Again. Just as the winter storm hit the painter was suppose to come back and finish things but found that his son had leukemia. This I understood but I do not understand why it took two-weeks for the project manager to get a painter to complete the job nor why the PM became quite contentious when I asked her to get the job completed. Very unprofessional and I have the text messages & emails to prove it. I contacted the owner and she returned with two painters and a bad attitude possibly because it was after the winter storm passed and she was trying to obtain projects. I will never ever recommend or use this company EVER! Hirer beware! Paint is still on my kitchen stove, my bathroom sink , It was bad all the way around and the stress that I encountered during this process was more that I had expected. I am a senior citizen with major health issues (recent Liver Transplant Recipient), and this experience caused undue hardship on my physical and emotional anxiety.

To Whom It May Concern:
It is unfortunate that I have not received the quality of service that ******** boasted about when selling CertaPro Painters services. I should not have signed that the job was satisfactory until after the winter storm. I am so disheartened with how my concern is being treated. I'm a veteran who suffers from PTSD, High Anxiety & depression; a senior citizen on a fixed income; and I'm a Cancer and liver transplant survivor. Do you honestly think that I want to go through this unnecessary madness? No... No, I don't! Fix it, Jesus!

I signed with ******** because I believed the job would have been completed in a professional manner with quality workmanship and project management. No matter what happened in the life of the painter she contracted... it is not my responsibility to correct things and make them right... it is the responsibility of the project manager and I am holding CertaPro Painters accountable and I want my painting job done correctly.

******** said that she'd never received a rating of 6, and sounded as though she was upset about it. Is that why I've been left with this unfinished mess. I am appalled at the treatment I have received and I have taken it very personally. I believed and trusted ******** and I've been gravely disappointed in the service that was given. Where's Ramon? This whole process has been a cluster mess and I don't appreciate it one bit!

My curtains got paint on them(******** paid me $50 of the $98+ dollars I paid to replace the curtains; my wall socket covers still need to be put back in place, some spots were missed during painting and need to be covered with paint.
