To date, under my subscription to Endurance Warranty I have spent almost *****. Since then I have made one claim in September 2023. It is now March 22 2024 and I have to file a claim for the same issue that was supposed to be resolved last year. The claim left me without a vehicle for about a week because they wished to provide their own part which would take some time to arrive and then be replaced. I had to choose between losing wages by not being able to commute to work or obtaining a rental vehicle. I decided to eat the costs of a rental hoping that would be that. Almost 7 months later it is discovered that the part is defective. Once again going through the process of not having a work vehicle I discussed with the Endurance / Safe auto that I pay for rental reimbursement. According to them, I am reimbursed 50 dollars a day for every 8 hours of labor required to repair my vehicle. However, through the game of telephone between the repair shop, the parts distributor, and the warranty company it has been 4 days since the claim was filed and they are still looking for a part. Once again I am forced to cover the cost of a rental due to my vehicle sitting in the lot just waiting for decisions to be made and then for a part to finally arrive and not actively accumulating labor hours. I called Endurance to discuss my options and the representative sent me back and forth to the repair shop and then the part distributer only to yell at me for being unprofessional and getting involved when I was only a customer after they were the ones who instructed me to call their contact. How I "muddied the waters". When trying to explain that two Endurance representatives told me to do so they laughed and hung up on me. This feels ridiculous with everyone I speak to telling me to talk to someone else. Running me in a circle, and waiting as long as possible to make me incur more loss throughout this claim which should have been resolved the first time!
