    At some point outside of regular business hours, someone with access to my key went into my vehicle and broke my rear windsheild on *******'s property. He denies responsibility.Saturday, October 15th, my SUV shut off on the side of the road. I called *******'s, but was unable to use their tow service. Instead, I used my vehicle warranty to have my car towed to his shop as it was the only one operating in town at the time. He and his employee were very attentive and courteous through the entire process of communicating with myself, my husband, and the warranty company with getting eveything sorted. We agreed it would be quicker and cheaper to pay out of pocket, but ******* had to close for the weekend. That following Tuesday morning I received the call that my rear windsheild had been busted. ******* originally said he didn't know what happened, then went on to say that we (myself or my husband) must have come by over the weekend and accidentally broken it while getting something out of the car. It had been broken from the inside. The issue was that we don't have a spare key neither my husband or myself had even touched the keys to the car and every key on the clip (a house key and mailbox key) since the tow truck driver hitched the vehicle at pick-up. ******* originally tried to argue that the vehicle was towed by someone other than his wrecker service and placed outside his property. He quickly abandoned that line of logic once I reminded him that the driver has picture before and after the tow and that ******* parked it back in the same spot after running a diagnostic. It was indeed on his property. ******* insisted it was not his responsibility and proceeded to spew some elaborate and convoluted lie about how my husband had to be the one to do it, because he (who had never even spoken to my husband before) handed my husband the mailbox key and it was found on the ground by the car. I was charged $350 for the initial issue, and now have to pay $450 elsewhere.

    Took out Chevy HHR here to have the back breaks done and to bleed the front breaks. Alfonso had the car for 4 days. He didn't replace the rotors. He then said he couldn't get the air out of the lines so he replaced the master cylinder. Still didn't fix the issue. He's very rude towards women. He charged us $108 for parts and $400 in labor. A break job and he tries to tell us he had to bleed the breaks for 4 hours and just couldn't get it to build pressure. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Only giving 1 star because you have to give something. He also has a sign up in garage saying NO CARS WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL BILL IS PAID IN FULL. I have no issue with paying someone for a job they do. But I do have and issue with a shop that rips you off and still doesn't fix a simple ( according to Alfonse) break job.

    The problem was created by you the owner,when you replaced the calipers,rotors,pads. You forgot to mention you were the one who created the problem. I even installed a new master cylinder at no cost,parts and labor ,free.
