- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Should the plans of the event change and/ or a decision to cancel the entire event, Client(s) will forfeit the deposit and monies due up to this date for the services of Unique Event Designs, LLC; based on our Cancellation policy (attached herein). Understanding that, Unique Event Designs, LLC; has reserved the items and your event time just for your event and as a result may not be able to refund or schedule another event for this date and time resulting in the loss of income. A penalty will be assessed up to 100 % of said lost income on décor items. There are NO cancellations on décor items within 90 days of the said event. You may cancel this Agreement only upon giving written notice to us. The parties agree and understand that in the event of a cancellation, our actual damages will be determined on the actual time and expenses. Therefore, the parties agree on the following amounts to be paid by the Client(s) as liquidated damages in the event of a cancellation. There are No Refunds within 60 days of any event, but all monies paid can be applied to any event booked within one year of original contract signed. There are No Refunds after all services have been rendered.
