"Bought a car with an extended service contract and ended up cancelling since I felt the price wasn't justified but it's been over 45 days since it was cancelled and I haven't received a refund, luckily Texas law gives a 10% penalty for each month the refund isn't paid so it's not all bad just hope I don't have to go to small claims to get the money"
