I placed a mobile pickup order (number ****) at Cinemark *****, choosing a pickup time of 5:50 pm before my 6 pm show. Upon arriving at 6:05 pm, my order wasn't ready. . After inquiring, they said they would prepare it. I requested for manager and When I spoke to the manager and shared my order number, he acknowledged the delay, but I didnt receive a clear explanation. Despite expressing my frustration and raising the issue of a previous occurrence, the manager's response was unsatisfactory. I mentioned to manager and that I will write a review and complain to management, the managers response was dismissive. This is the second time Ive faced such an issue, and Im dissatisfied with the service and the way it was handled. I'm reconsidering future visits to Cinemark.Review from Eduardo D

Paid for a movie at 10:30pm at El Paso CineMark west on Rincon circle to see a Movie that wasn't showing until 11:30 pm so I took a walk to a local restaurant and ordered a appetizer and paid and walked back to CineMark at 11:15 at which point all the doors were locked. As I tried to enter the manager on duty came screaming at me for walking into the Exit door as people were leaving (understandable with the world we live in ) as I explained I have a ticket he told me to walk into the theater at this point I asked why they would close the concession stand while they still have a scheduled movie that is still 15 mins before the start so he screamed at me that "the concession close every night at 11:15 so I asked him where is says this on the website of on the ticket stub at this point he told me "I am the manager and this is the rule" so I again asked if "UPPER MANAGEMENT knows he is doing this to customers " he replied again "I am UPPER MANAGEMENT" I asked "well can I get a refund since we got locked out of the theater and you're not willing to give paying customers concessions, what is the point of going to the movies if you can't enjoy concession I can just rent it on TV" at this point he gave me a stub and told me the money will be refunded in 7-14 days. This manager needs to be retrained , And this policy needs to be written on all ticket stubs or an invisible place for people buying tickets ahead of time otherwise people should just stay home instead of going to late movie and buy the movie on a streaming app and when the movie theater starts underperforming you can blame the man who claims to be the manager.Review from Alma I

I was discriminated against by Ashley, a Caucasian female at the concession stand located at ***********************, CA this afternoon. She assisted other Caucasians instead of me. When I asked the Assistant Manager, Patrick for a refund, he told me I can't see the movie for free. I repeated to him that my experience was ruined and my intention was not to see a free movie, just to enjoy one.
Due to COVID-19 I chose to not frequent the movie theatres except for today. No paying customer deserves this type of treatment.

Hello I’m inquiring about a real bad service that me and my husband got at this theater,we are a regulars at this location and yesterday (07/01/22) the cashier was very rude with us! She made a mistake with our order and We told her about it nicely (we are the kind of people who never complains in a bad way if something is wrong because we know that the employees are tired or overwhelmed) but this girl OMG:( i told her that my order were a large coke and a small popcorn because she gives me a large popcorn and a small popcorn. well! She took the large popcorn bucket and she trow it back to the popcorn machine and the bucket to the floor! In a really bad mood! She then made a rude sign with her hand. The manager came to fix my order he was very polite. Well I told her if I can get an straw for my drink and for my icee and then she put the cup of straws in front of me so when I got one she rudely snatched the cup of straws out of my hand:( so i had to told her once again that I need it another straw and she gave me an attitude. So the manager told us that everything was fixed. So my husband ask her (the rude cashier) if she charged the soda if not so she can charge it well she didn’t answer my husband! So he asked again and she just said with a very bad attitude “yea” The people behind us changed lines because they were saying that the cashier was very rude and they didn’t want to have a bigger issue with her. I hope somebody can help us with this. It will be nice if someone can talk to her or give her a better training on customer service because that kind of attitude ruins every one’s day. Baldwin hills cinema matinee price (9:30Am) for adult & child is very pricey! $16 Amc has recliner seats, refills on popcorn/drinks, Cinemark DOES NOT! Ticket booth lady looked grumpy as well and the screen looks small here (That part could be just in my head, not sure?) At Cinemark 18 seats are hard & uncomfortable. I will definitely have to recommend Amc. Tickets may cost a bit more but at least there are refills on goods:(Review from Trina L

I reached out to Cinemark. I was told wrong information by Laquilla on 12/1/2021 at 10ish AM Mountain standard time. She was rude and called me "Guadalupe" That is not my name. I asked for. Manager and she kept me on hold. She came on once and said that she's trying to find a manager. The recording kept saying a Guest Services will help me. She got in again and said that her supervisor Nadia in Texas will call me back. She tide her voice over me and refused to let me speak. She told me to file a complaint gonroght ahead she said
