The organization, or lack thereof, at this establishment, is commendable. I don't know how they do it. It is their job to schedule games and practices and they don't release those until the last possible minute. You're lucky if you get a week's notice but happy if you get two days' notice. But more importantly, the lack of respect shown to players, coaches, and families is the real winner. If you are on the fence about this organization or a different one, go with the other one. I bet you will be a lot happier. I would go into details but I don't have enough characters remaining because of all the instances that have happened. I will leave you with these two examples: I am a soccer coach and we had a referee walk off the field in the middle of the game without explanation. There were no linesmen so the coach from the other team ended up reffing for the remainder of the game. I am the coach of a volleyball team and they ask us what days work best for practices. I told them that our team cannot do Wednesday evenings due to religious beliefs and requested Monday evenings as it works best for everyone. They gave us a practice time of 9 am on Sunday mornings. Of course, make your own decisions but please be aware of how you may be treated.
