On Wed Jan 12th, 2022, my spouse and I dined at Whiskey Cake Restaurant, located at 3601 Dallas PKWY, Plano TX 75093. My order was a hamburger and my wife had a steak. During the meal I felt a hard object between my front teeth but continued chewing. When I came home and brushed my teeth to my surprise a small piece of my front tooth chipped out! Next day I called the restaurant and asked to talk to the manager ,but he was not available and I was given his email address. I sent him an email and explain what happened. In his reply he asked for following info which I provided: Date of birth: Estimated time of accident: Time you noticed the chip: Living address: Contact Phone Number: Where you plan to receive treatment for the injury: Which meal was yours/what specifically were you eating when the injury occurred: Do you know what the item was that caused the injury such as a foreign object in the food or was it the food item itself: Date of birth: Estimated time of accident: Time you noticed the chip: Living address: Contact Phone Number: Where you plan to receive treatment for the injury: Which meal was yours/what specifically were you eating when the injury occurred: Do you know what the item was that caused the injury such as a foreign object in the food or was it the food item itself: In my reply, I made it clear that I will be visiting my dentist that day to receive treatment, as I was traveling for business that weekend and could not arrive with a chipped tooth. Once, the chip was repaired I forwarded the receipt of $625 and requested to be reimbursed. I should add the Dr. has recommended crown for the same tooth ,which I have not done the service performed yet Unfortunately, after few phone conversation with their claims department and later meat provider They asked if I have the object that caused problem!Business response
