    transaction date - Sep 7, 2022. refrigerant leak fix with sealant done for 1320 $ with assurance that it will work for 2-3 years atleast verbally . This fix was taken forward only post technician confirmation that pressure is steady and this fix can work for more than 2 years atleast .. They did reon refill in afternoon and took the cheque . but sent the receipt in the evening . It was told that refund will be done if the fix does not works but in the receipt they sent they altered this statement to their needs ... freon refill and leak fix didn't worked for 11 days also and all freon got leaked again .. i contacted them for check and refund / courtesy refill but they r not agreeing for refund ..they r saying to buy new evaporator for 4800 in which they can settle which is not agreeable. Its a scam they are running and you can check for similar experiences of other customers on yelp .. they don't fix anything and then ask for the unit replacements worth 5k or more . on pretext of fixes they make you payout for the entire unit purchases.. Need my refund for the amount - 1320 $ given to them

    I would give this company 0 star because they are is very dishonest about their work. My AC system had someone issues and i contacted them to come fix it. A guy named ***** came and didnt even know what he was doing. He said it would be $800 to replace the capacitor, which is extremely expensive. After he replaced the capacitor my AC still didnt work properly. He came back and said we need to change the motor. Then my AC still didnt work properly after he came back twice to fix it. Eventually he said i need to replace the whole system. I agreed to the $4800 at first and paid him partially $1100. After that he text me and his price went from $4800 to $5600 then to $6500. I disagreed with him and hired someone else to come check it out. All we needed to fix was the capacitor but because ***** didnt replace the right voltages for my AC system therefore my AC broke again after he fixed it. The new guy replaced the the right voltage capacitor and my AC is working perfectly now. ***** doesnt have efficient knowledge about his job and he was taking advantage of me for he know I dont know anything about AC/heating system. I wish i can take my money back because i paid ***** $1100 yet my AC didnt even get fixed. The new repair guy replaced the right capacitor and only charged me $150 and my AC is working perfectly now.

    Hi *********** We are sorry for the way you feels about your Hvac experience with us.In 1st place we dont charge you $800 for a capacitor. Let me remind you how things are and went.When you husband call us on 07-06-23 Technician arrived on timely response.First thing technician find out was that you dont have air flow, that means you blower motor was not working, the reason was because capacitor was down you totally right but we dont charge you a single ***** for it because after technician replaced the capacitor and unit started working he finds out that you refrigerant levels was almost flat due to a leak on evaporator coil, the reason we dont charge you for capacitor was for courtesy because you was giving us the evaporator replacement job. For $4,800 and we agree verbally for that. Then we authorized the technician to put refrigerant on your system because we have no openings available till 4 days later. Second day you husband calls back saying that system stop working again, we send a technician again at not charge and find out that your thermostat stop working and your compressor overheating due to a fan capacitor problem, well technician fix it again at no charge. Next day your husband call us saying he needs our people be there at 3 pm because he has to attend a music concert, just because we wasnt able to do that he wants my guys come back to work on Sunday in top of that we wants to pay your bill in 3 payments. When we say NO he got upset and cancel on us saying he finds some one cheaper. Is when we proceed and charge you for everything technician did. As you can see on your itemized invoice maam
