    I had a rental property that I did not want to spend the time and money to get it ready to market. They made me a good offer for the condition. They were very professional, I had a great experience. They were on time, had a number of ways to work with them depending on your objective. They were very responsive to my questions and provided the information quickly. Decisions and offers were quick and we closed quickly.

I did, however, have a great experience with Metroplex Homebuyers whose Senior Acquisition Manager, *******************************, guided me through the entire process. Few issues had arise (on my part) and ******* quickly eliminated them. I definitely recommend Metroplex Homebuyers as they are fair and honest.

    Metroplex Homebuyers, was like the light bulb that pops on top of your head when thinking of a brilliant idea, there was a need to sell the house due to its vacancy, and like the wizards they are heard **********, a letter appeared on our mailbox about their company. Being first time sellers, we were kind of (if not all) lost on how to do everything, ******* was the Agent that helped put everything up, as well as their secretary **** I appreciate their patience they had with us, with our questions, delays, and worried calls in random days.Thank you for your services!
