      NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO DO NOT USE PATHLIGHT MANAGEMENT, UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK, WASTE MONEY AND TIME FROM WORK BEING ON THE ***** AND NOT BEING HELPED, OR BE ROBBED BECAUSE OF EXECUTIVE FEES AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORST COMPANY TO BE STOCKED ON. MY WORST NIGHTMARE. ABOUT TO START A LAW *** ON THEM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

      Rented from them for 2 years had no heat for 2 ******* called everyday got no response had 2 little kids and an infant house was at 30 most days and night no ac for all of the summer until the last 3 weeks. Would not fix anything that was broke (before we moved in) charged ** upgraded rent for a house that was falling apart never returns calls. None of the bottom plugs worked in the whole house lights outside fireplace didn't work. We got portable heaters but in a ****sf house we could have one small heater downstairs or the breaker would pop it was crazy. Would not recommend ever renting from this company ever . During the summer it was 100degrees could never get a call back awful company

      Horrible company to deal with. I moved in the house was extremely dirty, and smelled like an ashtray, nothing will get fixed with this company. they wanted me to fix their fireplace and clean the gutters, but they will not fix anything in the house. The house I moved in smelled, and i had to take them to court so they would fix their own house even with the court order they did not fix anything. STAY AWAY from this company. I don't know how they are allowed to do business like this. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

      Tenants truly need to gather together and file a class action lawsuit against them. I am paying nearly 3k in rent and the home was filthy upon move in, many many things broken; mailbox missing it's door, plugged toilet, broken window, fan vents plugged with dust, very dirty and torn-apart HVAC filter, internal doors with keyed locks but no keys, broken blinds. Entire home was FILTHY! I was told prior to move in by **** that a cleaning company would be sent in prior to my lease date to clean and report items needing repair. I arrived from out of town on move-in day with my moving crew to find NONE of what I was promised. I spent the next 3 days cleaning sticky cabinets, sticky floors, air vents with old crab legs (yes, I said crab legs) and toys chucked inside. I have been there over a week and still cannot use the master toilet because it has been plugged since move in. They sent a plumber but did not like his diagnosis so now I have to wait for a second opinion to replace the toilet that most likely has a toy stuck in it from the prior renter. Everyone is super nice on the phone simply telling you everything you want to hear but there is either no follow through or very slow response.

      This company is the single biggest disaster I have ever rented from. If you're reading this and still choose to rent from them then all the nightmares their mismanagement brings upon your life falls on you cause you've been warned. Having dealt with them is enough for me to buy my next place when my current lease with them is up. Shame on you Pathlight!

      Do NOT rent from Pathlight. It is a huge company, which leads to ineptness and a complete lack of communication both to renters, and amongst their own departments/divisions. 1) Basement flooding and molding in the home that we rented, never properly fixed, due to this, we were let out of our lease with no penalty 2) 6 weeks after we moved out still getting bills for early termination, no answer from any emails or voicemails. 3) After 6 weeks, received move out repair bills *charged again for an utility bill that we already paid *charged for utilities when we weren't even living there (also complete bs bill since no utilities were even being used). *charged $40 for lightbulbs that weren't burned out when we moved out *charged $50 for trash removal for items that were there when we moved in. If Pathlight bothered to attend to anything in these homes, they would know tall of this, so they are either totally dishonest or neglectful of their properties. Either way, not a company to get involved with.

      I am VERY SATISFIED WITH the Pathlight Property Management team! They have been very helpful and understanding for me! I want to send a special shout out to ****************************** for his efforts in processing my reimbursement for water heater repairs! IT will be so helpful in these hard times! I am happy with my Property!

      Horrible Service and they never lived up to their end of the contract. Zero stars if I could. When we moved in they admitted they did not even clean as they should have. I would not not recommend anyone to their services or to commit to this company. They are guaranteed to nickle and dime you for no reason. They will also bill you two months after you are moved out. I am still fighting with the security deposit for billing me new utility charges for months after I have moved out. Pathlight keeps telling me they made an error but I have to keep disputing the charges with them and they haven't stopped trying to bill me new charges. Also this is not an American company, when you speak with ****** or ******* or even **** they will have a very strong ****** accent and you may hear chickens in the background at times. Damages that were very apparent that were noted to be fixed when we moved in were never fixed. When we moved out they tried to bill use for these repairs and we were smart enough to take pictures before we moved in so they could not bill us. They also tried to bill us on doors in the house that were no different than when we moved in. They also wanted to charge us for the window curtains we put in. Take all these complaint seriously.

      BS ! I had problems due to lose of income from covid 19 however, I was approved for rental assistance and my rent was paid up until December 2022 well ************ filed a dispossessory on me on 12/5/22 for December rent how?? When rent is not late until the 6th. They didn't send me a letter in the mail at all not even a Court date. I found out because a bankruptcy lawyer mailed me a flyer a week later tellin me ur as risk of eviction. I go look up my name in court system and sure enough dispossessory was filed but no owed amount was on there because it was a false file. I called multiple times then some one that works for their company name snotty attitude decided to tell me all the times I was late prior to that which has nothing to do with Dec.2022 because I was paid up by rental assistance and finally tlk to their lawyer they stated don't worry I won't get a court date I called and emailed all the month of December finally after threatening to get a lawyer they emailed me on Dec 22 saying they filed for dismissal but it was a "lag time" so it was takin a while. Found out that to be untrue they didn't file for dismissal until January 13th but on Jan 6th emailed me saying in 60 days at lease renewal my rent will go up $311 well now of course I'm almost forced to stay in my home now because I CANNOT GET APPROVED FOR A NEW RENTAL HOME because it's in the court system that I had a recent dispossessory! Now They done added $1100 in legal fees for dates of ***************** Of course I've emailed them to ask what is goin on no response. So they name slander for sure they will make it hard or almost impossible to rent else where .

      Horrible customer service! Do not rent from this company. I couldn't use half of the house during my 6 month rental period because of backed up sewage. They still charged me the full rate per month and drug their feet for 2.5 months to hire a contractor to cleanup the sewage and remove my damaged property from the site. Then they drug their feet hiring contractors to come replace the flooring and drywall that were ripped out during the cleaning/sanitation.
