Their pool cleaning service quality has collapsed over the past couple of months. They do not respond to telephone calls or VM. My pool has not been swept in about a month, despite repeated requests from me. Today they left chlorine residue all around the edge of the pool potentially damaging the coping. A gate was left unlatched. Generally they are just a sloppy, uncaring, and unresponsive company. I do not recommend them for any service.

Sounds like you had the same success as did I.  This is very sad as I had a fine pool service company that sold out to Champion.  Champion quickly fired the man who was doing an excellent job for me.  And then, the service started a long decline.  Now they don't return phone calls.  How does such a place stay in business?

We initially put in a claim for pool equipment repair on April 29, 2024. We submitted thru a warranty **. The warranty ** assigned it to Champion pools to **me to our address on May 3. May 3rd it was flooding in *****, it was reschedule for May 6. He came and diagnosed it. Never to return. Calls are not answered. Left at least a doz phone messages. emails and text messages. No fix. They closed the ticket. Had to reopen the ticket mid May after speaking to home warranty **, as no one fixed, called or texted that the ticket was closed. We still had broken equip. Should never have been closed. New ticket was finally supposed to **me out June 2, between 3-8pm per email. No one showed. No further email or text message. Just nothing. We have left another phone message and text meaaage. No reply. Its outside their business hrs per vm message, but then had sched a tech to **me out that didnt show. We have another open ticket. One diagnosis, no clue when that person is going to return either. Champion pools said some vendor supposed to get in **ntact with us. Nothing. They are scammers.

The company caused damage to our home and property as well as not delivering on the promise to provide a service that we have paid for. The technician was negligent and not providing service that we paid for in the last several months, they damaged both my pool and my house in the process. The technician broke company policy and used our hose faucet that I had specifically told the manager could not be used because it was broken, and it cause flooding into my closet and damage to the brick and drywall.

It literally says right in the customer's signed ********************** contract that they are responsible for providing us access to a water spigot in order to perform services.  The customer fails to maintain their house plumbing properly so that when an outside spigot is turned on it floods the inside of their house and then they blame a contractor working in their back yard because all they did was turn on the water spigot?  Are you serious?  This has got to be one of the most absurd BBB claims I've ever seen.  Wow.

We already provided the customer the information necessary to file a claim against our general liability insurance.  I'm not sure what else they expect to get by additionally filing this claim with the BBB.  Also, customer claims lack of **********************, but we never got any complaints from them until this incident occurred with the water spigot.  They are just using this as an excuse to try to get free services.  Besides, their signed service contract provides them 24 hours to make a claim against inadequate services due to factors beyond our control such as weather, wind blowing things in the pool, etc.  If customer doesn't complain about *********************** within 24 hours of service their contract states that constitutes acceptance that service was satisfactory, per contract.

My homeowners insurance company contacted this pool service to fix a leak in my filter. 1) there's never any notice that the technician is coming. Just a email that says tentatively scheduled 2) the technician didn't even look at what needed to be fixed, therefore he didn't have the parts he needed to fix it. 3) they didn't comeback to fix it like they said they would. 4) the service manager literally got an attitude with me because I wasn't satisfied with the service.

This customer is simply upset and slandering us on social media because we had to reschedule a home warranty job from a Friday to the following Monday due to weather in our area on the Friday he was scheduled for service.  We have a 93 (out of 100) internal customer satisfaction rating with this customer's home warranty company, a number they have told us is so high it's virtually unheard of.  This makes us literally the highest-rated contractor in our area for this customer's home warranty company.  This complaint is nothing more than a temper tantrum because he didn't get his way.  We had no other choice but to move him, my technicians can't work in heavy rain and storms.

After we rescheduled the job from Friday to Monday, this customer wrote several one-star reviews on various sites over the weekend.  Once we discovered the customer had done this, we called his home warranty company to have the job reassigned to another contractor because we refused to go back onsite to a customer that had already written a bad review on us before the job was even complete simply because the weather forced us to reschedule his service.  That is unacceptable and we will never set foot on this customer's property again and have blacklisted him.

This is the broken filter case that the company refused to fix and the real reason that they did not want to come back out.  They committed fraud by replacing my equipment with broken equipment
