    March 12 2025 purchased a wrestling is real Travis Scott t shirt from Travis Scott direct website . $68.14 was the total - waited a couple weeks never received so I contacted the customer service we emailed info back and fourth I even sent bank debit in the message even says Travis Scott with merch number

    Ordered a pair of gloves from the travis scott website, nearly 6 months ago. Due to the length of time, I reached out to customer service to cancel my order approximately 4 months in. They advised no refunds. Received my order today (nearly 6 months later) and it's not even the same product as advertised, this is false advertisement. The company doesn't issue refunds, so I'm filing a complaint so people don't get scammed.

    Here's the text translated into English:---On August 4, 2023, I purchased a Travis Scott vinyl from their official website. I was supposed to receive it by November at the latest. Since November, I haven't received any updates. I sent emails and was first told that there was an issue with the carriers having too many packages, then that there was a production problem. Later, they created a fake tracking reference for a package at their warehouse that never moved and showed a weight of ***** kg, which is impossible for the package (likely to make us wait). Today, June 20, 2024, after asking once again where my package is, I was told that it had been sent and received, and if not, I should contact my carrier. I have proof (with the tracking) that it never left the warehouse. Not only do they respond intermittently, but now they are lying. I am part of a group on social media where many others are in the same situation. This is a mass scam, and the responsible party, Travis Scott, must pay for this mass fraud with damages and interest.

    They contacted me saying that the shipment was sent the /07/31/2023 but the 03/21/2024 they said the item was sent which does not make sense.

    I placed an order on November 11, 2023 for a sweat shirt that they advertised as authentic tour merchandise. I reached out to the company many times when the order had still not arrived after 4 weeks. Christmas came and past until tue fake ****** sweat shirt arrived mid January 2024. So not only did it not arrive as promised they also charged $150 for fake merchandise. Authentic tour merchandise does not have a ****** label. Again I tried to contact the company but they do not respond. This website should be s*** down for false advertising and committing fraud.

    On July 28,2023 I placed an order for a sneaker from Travis Scott merch on shop.travisscott.com. It took them 2 months for the shipment to finally arrive and once it did they sent me a womens sizing shoe when I ordered a mens shoe. I emailed them and it takes them 2-3 weeks to even reach out to me. They say they sent the correct sizing ( pictures attached shows I did not) and did not respond after I asked to either send me the correct sizing or a refund and I will return the shoes. Overall experience has been bad and I will not be buying from them again.

    Ordered shoes on 7/28/23 and received a confirmation my items would be shipped within 3 weeks. Were at 6 weeks and nothing has been shipped. *** reached out and keep receipt an automated response. Requesting my money back. This company is a fraud.
